I was on the highway hustling back home to KY. I pass through here often and I had hoped to have a nice lunch. I ordered the chicken sandwich combo, with a little extra mayo. I nicely said please just enough to taste it, not wear it. The cashier was friendly. She laughed. I got back on the highway, and this is what I found in my bag (see photo). Not edible. I called the store and asked for the manager, and he argued the point - never apologizing, or anything. Terrible.
Went through the drive thru tonight 3-31-24 @ 11:30pm ordered a lg frozen coke and a lg cup of ice. Got to the window she goes to give me a small cup of ice and i said I asked for a lg cup and she got so rude and started running her mouth to the lady she was working with. If she would not take orders and wait on the window all at once she would get all the orders right and then not have to fix her mess ups because she is doing 2 things at once. If she can't multi-task that job must not be for her.
Not impressed! Went through and ordered a LARGE ice coffee. Got to the window and was handed a small. How did they fix it? Poured it in a bigger cup and added a TON of ice. So I still only got a small but paid for a large ????♀️ not cool at all!
I'm beyond disappointed with the milk shake my husband got for me tonight. Its not a large like he ordered, and it was barely mixed up to where I had to pour it in a different cup and mix it up when I got home, and the lady in the drive-thru said they were short staffed. When you're short staffed and busy an employee shouldn't be going outside smoking, and talking on the phone. They should be inside helping. Not very good at your job if you ask me
I always have a great experience at this location. One of the evening employees, her name is tessa, was very friendly and efficient. Never disappointed here.
Very good place to go always gets your order right
3 stars because they gave us 3/5ths of our food. Received our chicken wraps and the combo portion to our bacon king just no burger. This was after driving to McDonald’s to find out the place wasn’t built. Needless to say, horrible experience tonight :(
Pretty good for a fast food joint. We've never had any issues personally.
