This might just be the worst place I've ever been in my whole life. My family pulled up and it seemed like the window was right there but it was actually on the other side of the building. We finally got there after 50-60 minutes and the worker was very rude to us and couldn't give us anything at all, even though it was open on google and the window for ordering was open. Don't even think about coming to this area. A nearby gas station had bullet proof glass in front of the check out place, which is very unusual. If you are a local, I feel bad for you. If you are driving and need to stop to get some burgers or anything like that, just go to the next city.
The cashier was high as hell. Messed up my order and when I went back to get a replacement the manager got an attitude so I matched her energy no more than what she put out at me. Then told me I needed to calm down when I didn't do anything but what she did to me. I know what working in fast food is like I don't get rude with people cause mistakes happen but I just wanted the sandwich I ordered and got an attitude from the manager. This happened at 7:45pm April 10, 2024. I don't know how to contact customer service to report them but I won't be returning to this burger King. And I will be telling others not to as well because that was rude.
At this Burger King, while the service may be a bit slow, they compensate with mostly prepared food. During my recent visit, I noticed that there was a lack of decorum. I give it 3 stars.
erm what the sigma was this!!! the ordering thing didn’t work, and we had to wait like 30 minutes to get to the thing just to find out we had to do it again. We didn’t btw. We left. and so should you if you want to eat here!!
The food was fresh but it literally took 10min for my food to get finished and brought to me! I was on a lunch break and the workers didn’t have a lot of car but they were moving pretty slow… when it’s suppose to be fast food. Not, slow service food.
I went in ordered coffee and they do you mind waiting while I make a fresh batch. Come on now fresh coffee is a win win and for that kind of service you just gained my business. They didn't hesitate to comfort my thirst. Its little things some time that great a big reward. I was so impress that I even took a few pics of the great staff. Cleaning and taking care of their store. Great job team
This location is consistent with missing items, the taste of fried foods tasting like the oil is weeks old and never answers the phone when you try to call them to speak with management about your dissatisfaction with the quality of your food.
Poor management! no manners, really slow to serve food, and I'll stop because it is one of the worst BK I eat.
