Will make you wait in the drive through for half an hour without answering. I had sympathy because they seemed stressed, but something also seemed very sketchy and it didn't feel like the person who took the order was being truthful. Something has been really off about every Burger King in the area as of recent... it's really strange.
Just left the restaurant… Service was slow, but whatever they’re clearly understaffed so that’s understandable. But, watched the woman making everyone’s food put RAW burgers into the cooker and then go directly back to prepping people’s food without changing gloves. Pretty gross and can make people very sick.
We have been sitting in the drive thru for 35 minutes now just to order with only 2 cars ahead of us. We finally order and have to pull forward and wait for now 15 minutes and still don’t have food. As we watch 3 employees walk out at the same time and smoke cigarettes. This is the worst and most unprofessional fast food place!! Do not recommend and will not be back! Get better employees and management at this place!!!
I've stopped at this excellent location a few times. Always a good experience. Last time a great employee named Chase (towards the end of the shift no less) went the extra mile and wiped down all the drinks with napkins. That extra effort was really appreciated. He was also very polite and ensured I looked to see I got everything I ordered.
Only me and one other car in the drive thru and both get pulled into parking spots to wait longer because they can’t figure it out. Fast food? No you can expect to wait minimum of 15 minutes for the smallest order
Just sat at the drive thru window for 15 minutes without a single other person in line in front of us. Insane. The middle-aged women working here must of been on a smoke break while there was a line of customers waiting to order. Don’t know where they find these workers. Wild you can drive .5 miles away and get chick fil a where the employees would never ever ever do that. Too bad my toddler likes chicken fries too much or I would never go to this BK
Waited 15 minutes in drive through before waiting inside for another 10 minutes. Employees having full conversations laughing enjoying themselves while a line a people wait obnoxiously long wait times while the restaurant is overall slow.
Had to wait a extremely long time for cold food. No dinning room only 1 drive thru lane open outta 2 smh. Don't bother with this place.
