I WOULDN'T EVER BOTHER COMING TO THIS LOCATION MANAGER ON DUTY TAIWAN VERY RUDE. WE MADE 2 ORDERS AND WAS GIVEN 1 ZESTY SAUCE AND 3 KETCUP FOR 2 ORDERS OF FRIES?!. WE ASKED FOR AN ADDITIONAL SAUCE SINCE THERES 2 ORDERS NO NAPKINS, FRIES WERE COLDDDDDDD...... AND WAS TOLD BY TAIWAN IN HIS WORDS ITS 33 CENTS FOR AN ADDITIONAL AND TECHNICALLY THERE NOT SUPPOSED TO GIVE ANY ZESTY SAUCE BECAUSE WE DIDNT ORDER NUGGETS IN REALITY THERE FOR ONION RINGS WHICH WE TRIED TO SUBSTITUTE AND WAS TOLD IT HAS TO BE THE WAY IT STATES BY THE BOOK I ASKED WHERE IT STATES THAT IN THERE POLICY AND HE WALKED AWAY SINCE WHEN DO THEY CHARGE FOR ZESTY SAUCE??!! THIS LOCATION IS A JOKE DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION I WILL DEFINITELY BE REPORTING THIS TO MAIN CORPORATE OFFICE. THIS SHOULD NOT BE TOTALLERATED FROM ANY EMPLOYEE... EMPLOYEES ARE THERE TO MAKE THE CUSTOMER SATISFIED AND HAPPY.
Pulled up to the drive thru and was told there would be a 15 minute wait because the first two cars had a 150$ order. Ok no problem we waited. Got our food after a while after pulling up to the window ok again no problem. Got my food and part of my order was wrong, again not a problem went inside and got my order fixed. Then got all the way home to find my food looking old and molded! Big problem now! I tried calling the number listed on google and it didn’t go through. So therefore here’s this review! Food was just horrible! If you are a manager and you see this you need to do better! If you were there on duty tonight then you need to be ashamed for serving molded food and the regional manager needs to do better!
I just left the drive thru the young lady taking orders with the red braids asked me to pull Infront of double door because they was waiting on fresh frie ls so I did.I got my food and my fries was cold old and super soggy. I didn’t a receipt or any napkins the number on the internet isn’t connected so it was either be late going back to work and get fresh fries or make it back on time and not be in trouble for being late from lunchand I only ate one fry and look likes I was given a small fry
Management needs to check out the person I charge of this group I barely shop here I asked for no mayo only bbq u could of gave it back plain if u didn’t want to remake the sandwich 04/05/2024 ordered at 9:20 pm
Snippy employee, and barely any fries. When I ordered a medium meal I expected at least a 3/4 full medium fries. It was barely a small. Photo provided.
When we got there we were the only people there took 10 minutes for someone to help us order after we did 4 black gentlemen came in and ordered right away paid and got their food in 5 minutes while flashing a gun and spilling their drinks then 10 minutes after that group left (with their food they ordered after we ordered, our group (5 white people) were starting to receive our orders which took about 15 minutes to get 3 shakes a sandwich and 3 orders of chicken fries. The whole experience lasted an hour and was not a friendly environment. Again there was a gun being flashed and dropped!!!!! Would not recommend
What the hell NO SAUCES, bun not cooked, dry as hell the tomato that they put on shouldn’t have even been …. Come on !!!!! Never again
Got in line waited 11 minutes. Only one car ahead of me. They gave me the wrong burger got back in line. Again only 1 car in front of me it took 14 minutes this time. And they replaced the wrong burger with a smashed up burger
