I don't go to Burger King for the atmosphere. I don't go inside anywhere I don't have to. And when my husband gets off work at 11:00 p.m., and we're both hungry, there are few choices.
To my surprise and Delight, I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and it was absolutely delicious. Remember, I was very hungry. But it satisfied me, made me feel less stressed, and ready to wind down my day.
Fast food is not my first choice, but when your choices are few you should try to find the best. At the moment, my experience indicates that Burger King is one of the best.
Drive thru was quick. Sandwich was hot. Thanks ♥️✌️
Went through the drive through on Friday night around 8pm on 1/12/24 and the lady asking to take our order was very rude. We got to the window asked her to repeat our order and she looked at me rolled her eyes and started repeating it fast. Then she said something that was wrong and we tried to tell her what it was suppose to be she straight up ignored my friend when she asked for sauce and when her daughter repeated it she said I heard you and then my friend told her she should have acknowledged what she said and the girl said for me to pull forward far right and slammed the window shut. No one else was in line so why should I move? So I stayed there watching to make sure they didn’t do something to my food I’ve never been here before and had my order to me faster than that night. When the girl came to the window I asked for her name and she paused and gave me a rude look and said it was Rosie. But I am not sure, she could have been telling me a wrong name. But after I asked that her whole attitude changed and it was like a fake attitude to not tell about the experience.
It was horrible the customer service was so bad there's no words to describe it. The order was all wrong and messed up. It took so long just to get my order taken.
Punctual service and consistently "good" food. It is fast food. With that in mind, it is great! It won't ever compete with a sit-down burger joint, but that's not the point, is it. Awesome service and definitely worth what you pay for it.
I think Burger King has the best fries of all fast food restaurants. Also, a great selection of burgers.
I literally sat in the drive thru line for a good 8/10 minutes before I was even able to order with only one car in front of me which was a cop car! This location has went way downhill the past year. I'm sure a lot has to do with staffing issues because of covid but come on! 10 minutes Inna drove thru line with one car ahead is ridiculous! I was late picking my daughter up from school because of it. And my burgers were cold. So not happy this time around! And this is what you get when you ask for no ketchup and no tomato! Seriously?!?
I love this place great food great people home feeling always getting smiles
