The cashier was extremely rude! I placed my order on the app, and when receiving my order that was not ready I was missing a wrap she then took my receipt and proceeded to read every item one by one and say that’s in there after each except I was missing a wrap and sauce she was really rude for no reason. When we got home I discovered that my jr whopper with cheese had no cheese. Which I could’ve over looked although it is an up charge but with the terrible service coupled with the missing items I felt like I needed to share. I hope this improves because Rogers ave Burger King is absolutely doing a much better job!
I ordered two classic melts and got one of the mushrooms and Swiss (after they repeated the order to me). I went inside to let them know of the mistake and the manager told me that I was charged for the wrong burger so my two options were to either pay full price to get my order right or I can take what I have and leave. No form of sorry we messed up your order or anything. The only one who even said they were sorry about all of it was the poor cashier upfront. If it was just the wrong food I'd be fine but because of that managers attitude I'll never be going back and will encourage everyone I know to do the same
This location refuses to put their I d store number on their receipts, nor provide it when asked. I called and asked for the store number. They hung up on me. I called back. She answered with, Fort Smith Police Department. I still asked; what is your store ID number? She asked; what is this about? I said: I have a receipt and I need your ID number for a survey for a free Whopper. She said; we don't do surveys at this store ma'am. I said; I'm coming in and I'm going to get names and numbers.
This is a major disgrace to the store owner, of whom neither of them happen to be. A similar situation occurred last evening when a very disgruntled manager, who was taking orders at the drive thru. She assumed I was misordering and began yelling at me. I yelled back and asked if kindness is supposed to come with this service
This is the absolute worst Burger King staff on the planet. Every last one of the employees I've encountered should be replaced immediately. They have no idea whether I'm an undercover shopper or not.
Service was great. Food was fresh and hot. The tables and chairs could have been cleaner. There was dried up ketchup on the back of my chair.

One was wrong went back around and was met with such hate by what I’m pretty sure is the manager.
She actually made me cry because it’s not even noon yet and she was being so hateful.
I ended up just driving off because I didn’t want to talk to this mean woman anymore.

Burger King has great food. I'm not a burger fan but I'm always down for Burger King. My question is why do so many of them seem like they don't care about the appearance of the place? Around the Ft Smith area the newer one on Phoenix is the only nice one. The rest are run down.
Good prices on the other burgers the place is clean and they got bunches prices on their burgers and they got good parking spots and the bathroom is clean
the manager Shannon called one of the most hardworking employees I’ve ever met a “dumba**” I don’t recommend coming here if this is how the employees are treated.
