I felt the manager was rude. It was like I was an inconvenience when I walked in. I walked in, and his response was, " I'll be with you when I get a chance. " I was having an issue with the app, so I went in to ask where to put the coupon code they were offering. The person who came to the counter to help me didn't listen to what I was saying and I paid more than what I was supposed to.
Food was great but, it took almost 10 mins for someone to take my order and I was the only one in line.
I included the receipt with the picture, but when I order a large French Fry, I kind of expect a large French Fry. And, I waited after visiting the restaurant several times before posting a review. It has been consistently poor.
Edit from last post fry order from 7/22/23. The small and medium are the same size and weigh the same. Rotten lettuce on the burger.
I have eaten your whopper yesterday it was messy and fall apart I got really bad food poisoning all day and night it wasn’t cooked right and blonde hair girl has bad attuide they need hire better cooks I am still sick from yesterday I’m done eating your food worst burgers ever
Service without a smile. In fact, perhaps it's better to say 'service with a smirk.' They let my burger and fries sit out because the window comes first. The fires were OK, but the burger was poorly 'thrown' together (see photo) and extremely dry. There were hints of the old Burger Kind flavor but I won't come back here unless I'm desparate.
Hair in my food and the employees don't wash their hands.
This is literally one of the best Burger Kings around.. always friendly people no matter if it's inside or drive thru.. they go above and beyond to make the customer happy.. I'd give them 10 stars if I was able to.. if you haven't been to this BK yet you are missing out!!!
No onions, no tomatoes, heavy pickles, add cheese, please. Guess I'll put my pickles and cheese on at home. How hard can it be. I think someone had more important things to do than customer service.
