This is very tough for me to leave a review like this . I've had a 30 plus year relationship with Burger King ???? loyal to the royal.
This was easy 2 whopper Jr's. received my 2 burger ???? and could not believe the line cook passed this burger to me knowing it wasn't to spec. The bun was hard and trying to bite it was not good at all dry bread cold patty and no phone number to call on reciept. Hope you guys can make it right with a response to my review. I would to turn this into a 5 ????
Double Whopper No Cheese and a Fake Vanilla Sugar Shake. $13.57 ????, I remember when a Double Whopper with Cheese cost $4.99 and had better meat, no wilted lettuce, less greasy, better tomatoes, with grilled onions. Terrible high prices for cheap food. Not Worth it.
This really isn't my favorite place to get burgers, but that is my preference only. This place honestly deserves a five-star rating for what it is. All of our customizations were done correctly. Food came in good time and was hot. Staff was friendly, too.
Late so not many places open. Quick service through drive up. Issue with paying and getting food due to the fact you can't get close enough to window so I had to get out of car to get food without it falling. Staff friendly and nice
Calling corporate to leaves the corporate office and stop trusting the numbers on a computer. Numbers do lie and so do the people you let run them please ???? visit your restaurants see when your there compared to when your not that will tell the real story. Trying to help solve the lack of customer service in America!
I know I came here for fast food, but I expect the food to be prepared and served properly. I ordered a Whopper and my burger looks like it was made on the floor. Why is it so hard for people to do their job correctly.
It's now three months later, and I order two cheese burgers. The patties are hard, cold and dry. They have no cheese especially knowing they're supposed to be cheeseburgers. What the hell are you doing Burger King!!?? Why can't you care about your customers!!!! This is the job you choose to do!!! If you can't follow simple orders, why are you preparing our food!!!!
I've tried to come here multiple times. Food is always cold, and I guess they're just def when I ask for no pickles.
Only one who tries to fix the problem is the Hispanic lady manager but her staff needs retraining.
Took a minute or two for drive through attendant to say anything, but there was a line.
The reason for the 1 satr though is the burger was between room temperature and cold. Not like warm, not even may have been warm 2 minutes ago, cold. Fries were hot though. Unable to eat the burger. When I grabbed it to eat it I thought maybe just the bun was cold to the touch and bit into a burger that will haunt my dreams. I can't even think of how it would have been that temp. There are heating elements in the racks right? I do not recommend eating at a place that would serve that. Bacteria love that temp. Calling in the AM, but from a couple other reviews I may just be greeted with a friendly "We don't care, thanks". We will see. If so I am the type that won't stop at that. You can't serve food to people like that.
