They keep making my order wrong.... Nothing worse than getting a spicy chicken sandwich when you asked for regular. I can't even eat my food. I don't even care that the place is slow this is just unbearably frustrating. Now they give me one tomato and practically nothing...
I have been going here for years. Good quality food, great staff. Always very professional and courteous. If not I complain and they always fix. These guys go out of their way. That is why I keep coming back.
Went through the drive thru order our meals after a longer than expected wait in line. There was only one car ahead of me, we ordered 2 Whoppers, 2 large fries, and 1 onion ring. There were only 3 employees working that night, one running the counter and drive thru, and 2 making the food. The guy at the drive thru was having us pull forward after paying and running the meal out to us. After we got our order we pull around to check and there were no onion rings. My wife went inside to ask for the onion rings and that to forever.
Never going back here!
We never eat fast food, but decided last night 2/23/24, we would order take out from BK. My husband got a classic chicken sandwich and I got a whopper. They didn't put cheese on it like I ordered and the chicken sandwich came with wilted lettuce, some kind of sauce and hoagie type bun was stale. He was SICK off and on all night long. It's no wonder that you never see any customers there. And thats pry why their food isnt fresh cause it sits there so long. Surprised they are still open. A bunch of sketchy looking dudes working in there. Will never get food from there again. McDonalds it is !!
We came through the drive thru and there were no other costumers either inside or in the drive thru. My husband ordered a Texas double whopper and specified without mustard. We got home and his sandwich had extra mustard and jalapeños only!! When I called to complain I was given the excuse,” I’m sorry but we can’t help it we are short handed.” I get being short handed, we are at my job also, but that doesn’t mean you don’t still do your job correctly. And when there are no other customers being short handed doesn’t even come into play because it isn’t like you are swamped and made a mistake due to being rushed. The only reason I gave a 1 star rating is because 0 stars is not an option. This isn’t the first time this has happened at this Burger King.
Waited at least 10 minutes for service with my mother. I ordered whopper with cheese no pickles and onion rings. I got a whopper with 6 pickles and fries.
Went there today and tried there new candied bacon whopper and I was SO SATISFIED! It was fresh and the employee’s working were polite!
Service was fast and friendly. Tables were mostly all dirty. Bottom bun on whopper was soggy from sitting in a pile of ketchup in wrapper but was very tasty.
