I ordered at 8:35 am here at their Burger King location to make sure I would have my food before I have to be at work I did it for pick up at counter and they are supposed to be open 24 hours fine in hours were 6am-9pm ( they are supposed to be and their sign says it as well) but I went to he door to go get my order at 8:44am and the does are locked so I called and the guy I spoke with when I told him I had an online order to pick up inside said you (I )have to go thru the drive thru which was wrapped around the building to even be able to pick up my already made food ???? and before I could ask anything else he hung up on me and when I went to call back in he answered and hung up and didn’t even let me speak! Terrible customer service and definitely not polite. Someone needs to get their employees in line and fix things! Also I’m still sitting in line at 8:59

Love how they put stickers on the bag to ensure it’s not been tampered with but the problem isn’t with door dash contaminating my food it’s Burger King! How do you wrap a whopper with hair on the outside of the sandwich and not see it?!? I tried to explain it away maybe it flew in by the wind after I opened the wrapper. But then as I’m eating the whopper there’s a freaking hair embedded into the burger! Lost my appetite completely!!!! I then had to get a refund only to get partial refund. When we couldn’t even eat the rest of our food!!!! So I then had to door dash sandwiches from McDonald’s and pay for those and for taxes and for a tip for a whole other driver! I will never and I mean NEVER order from this store ever again! This was enough to turn me off from Burger King for a while too.

I was on my way to work and stopped inside to order some food and was ignored. Then the Manager(Blonde woman) told me she is too busy to take my order and to go use the kiosk It happen Sat.4/6/24 at 1:15 pm with an attitude too. Im calling corporate and filing a complaint. Completely trash service.

They only took one customer at a time (they were not busy, 3 cars in line) , making you wait 15-20 minutes to order. Then wait another 10 minutes to get your food. And after all that they make your food wrong, making you go back through the line to wait another 35 minutes to get my order remade, While workers were being unprofessional and rude in the back.

Sat in the drive through for 45 mins because I was hungry, only 3 workers there, took 15 mins to get my food after I already ordered, rude workers.

bad service . never will i EVER go back . i waited 10+ minutes just to order , another 10 minutes for food (which was not made how i wanted it) , thennn had to go back thru the drive thru for them to fix it , which took another 20 minutes . food was terrible , the buns were hard … the list can go on .

Not fast. Been here for 30 mins with one car in front of me that waited 20 mins for no reason just to be told there waiting for the kitchen to catch up. How when there’s been no one here for the past fudging hour. Poopy service and poopy people.

The foods good but they are soo slow. Pulled up to speaker after guy in front drove off without ordering, i was told "we will be with you when we can" then waited another 10 minutes with not a single word at the speaker.
