They are out of onion rings... not a problem, but instead of letting me know or asking for a substitute, they handed me my to go order with frys on the rodeo burger and kept quiet. I asked for a refund but it was not going to happen. Other reviews talking about cars being pulled up to get them off the timer is 100 percent correct. Also loud music being played in the kitchen. At least the frys were hot. It's not worth it to come here.
Parking lot has potholes so big I watched a fiat and a civic get stuck in the 10 mins I was there. 10/10 tho on a good place to fish, biggest lake around
The food tastes alright, but for ordering 2 or 3 whoppers, the wait is on avg 15+ mins. The shake machine is almost always down, and if you ordered a shake through the mobile app they refuse to deal with it and tell you to go through the app (which offers you a coupon on something that costs less than the item you paid for)
I don't recommend stopping by unless you are willing to spend a vast majority of your visit in the line.
I went to the Burger King located in Hubbard, Ohio, on North Main Street on February 18, 2023, at night, and it was very empty, and I was the only person in the dining room.
I ordered the Impossible Whopper meal with a chocolate shake, and it took a while for my order to come out, because the staff was very busy, but the woman who gave me my food apologized to me.
I understand that many restaurants are shortstaffed these days, but I have grown to love and appreciate them, along with healthcare workers as well!
As for my order, it came out really well, just the way that I liked it!
Parking lot is deadly. 1 ft cliff type potholes waiting for your car immediately upon entry. Right next to all the bottles and trash laying losse all over the parking lot. Avoid this one.
Late last night we got a microwaved (we assumed) because it didn't taste flamed broiled burger that was rubbery and hard crusted that had no flavor and the burger also lacked some of the veggies. we purchased impossible whoppers and whopper juniors, and fries but could not finish them.
Stay away! The gigantic potholes in the parking lot will in break your vehicle. The soda machine is broken. The hand dryer is broken. The garbage in the bathroom hasn't been emptied for a long time it would appear since it is overflowing.
The food is good. I just wish there was more food that is healthier less calories and fat. I wish you had fruit and healthier choices other than French fries and onion rings. They're good but the calories aren't good. I can only eat 5 things. I want more that I can eat choices. Thanks for listening!
The dining room is really nice since they remodeled. Prices not bad.
