So try Burger King again it's Valentine's Day and again this is what I received. Today is January 18th 2024 time is 9:54. Whatever manager is working at this store early in the morning or the drive-thru window. Very rude. Disrespectful and smashed. My sandwich will not be spending my money there anymore and I go there every single day.
Horrible! It was filthy! Took 20 minutes to get our food. The food was cold. Rude employees. They weren't even busy! This is just unacceptable. I will be calling the corporate office!
It’s 10:30 pm 20 April
I arrived to the drive thru to order my food, for any reason the girl was not able to hear me or understand me even though I’m speaking English and speaking as loud as possible.
She asked me to pull around and then I placed my order and I paid and clearly mentioned that I need hot sauce on the side along with mayonnaise.
After receiving my order and pulled around to eat, I found the following:
Tissue papers/serviettes placed on bug like there are throwing in the trash ???? no mayonnaise and no hot sauce.
I returned back and i asked her again my sauces and she was ignoring me and closed the window on my face, another costumer arrived and she was pretending that she didn’t see me until I apologized from the costumer and I knocked on the window to get her attention and she’s kept giving me her back and I went back again to my car waiting for customer to pick their order. More than 10 mins later she called me and provide me hot sauce Only (no mayonnaise again) and on a soft drink cup and she refused to provide me here and she was not wearing no name tag as suppose to be.
Definitely not well trained plus the bad attitude.
I don’t want to describe her but you can definitely figure out who she.
I’ll never visit this branch ever ever again.
Note:
-The store was totally empty (no stress on her)
-The customer was after me also returned back because she miss up with there order too.
So I went to Burger King today waited 10mins for a whopper that's all I had pthe cooks in the back just laugh and talking. A man behind got his food before I did and he order more then me smh
Tried to come here on my lunch break three times and every single time it takes them so long I use up my entire break. I would think the food would be hot waiting that long but no
I stopped to grab a quick bite for breakfast and it was good very fresh and quick service.
It was busy. Line moved quickly. Food was fresh and hot. Whopper with bacon wasnt very good but the fries were smoking ???? 100% would go back because they serve fresh food !
The manager here is awesome. I used the bk app for a pickup delivery for the first time and didn't pick the toppings correctly. She didn't hesitate to ask me what I wanted on my burger and directed the cook to make me a new fresh one. She was very kind, and even put on fresh onion rings for me since the burger was being remade. Very impressed with the cleanliness of the place, and how well she runs her crew. ????
