2nd time same as the first I came, the fries are so 2000 and late, onion rings garbage, and the cheese stix was that sue a little bit rubery for my taste, soda machine need cleaning the only Item I thought was editable my stomach went weary , so I fed my snack dinner to the nice trash can down the street. I did not feel like dealing with it next time I'll just eat the money at least it has odd flavor kind of like my meal doesn't did tonight.
The positioning is really awkward. You have to circle the building twice to get to the drive thru!
But, once there, friendly service and flame-broiled goodness.
Our visit to this Barranca Ln. location, was less than typical. Management appeared irritated when we asked for a correct receipt for our order, that we'd just placed; as we'd been given someone else's. My brother's Whopper was VERY dry, with almost zero sauce, and NO flavor. It was disappointing to say the least. My Impossible (plant-based) Whopper was just OK. I am giving this meal 2 stars only, because the fries were good. This visit was bothersome enough, that I do not recommend this location.
The service inside was a bit slow, probably because the drive thru was busy? I can easily see that at this location, so it’s ok.
Ordered a couple Whoppers and an order of fries.
The food was so so…. Dry burger buns and the food was a bit cold. Wish everything was made to order and hot. Probably won’t be back to this location?
Great clean store. Very friendly helpful cashier. Yes help from an actually person he was really great. Fast food but somewhat better quality. Fries were really good.
Our food was cold, the burgers were dry, the bread was hard on my Grandsons kids meal. Our server was not friendly at all and they forgot his kids surprise in the meal. It was so bad he didn't eat it and I made him food at home instead. I do not recommend this location at all!!!
I was craving a hot burger right off the grill and that's what I got, the whopper with cheese was amazing,hot abs even fresh even at 8:45 tonight
Update 3/22/23 Ate inside today. Food and service were good, but slow. . Obvious staffing issues. That said, set all condiments out so we can grab and go and not have to wait in line for a sauce. spouse and I both love the impossible burger, its the best here, I like mine a little well done! You get it your way here! *Pro tip: if you DL the app, the impossible whopper is $3 on Wednesdays
