I would give closer to 4 stars for the atmosphere, the staff and the cleanliness. The whoppers were good but not great. A little wet and heavy on the mayonnaise. It was a nice surprise to find some onion rings mixed in with my free fries. I liked them and would give them another chance. Best Whopper in America by far was at Paseo Vereda off Route 1.
Go somewhere, anywhere else.
I ordered online. When I got there I was told the could make my burger. While the sweet lady was trying to explain what was going on, the manager came outside to the speaker in the drive thru, told me to be quite while he proceeded to shout random things in the speaker. Me and the lady were both confused. When I said something he puffed out his chest and said he was the manager.
I then came inside to swap out my burger for chicken. They told me their broiler was back up. I ended up waiting almost 30 minutes for cold food. Tried to get my money back and was told that I'd have to be alright with a $2 refund for the food that was missing and their $15 coupon.

Nice, clean and quiet. Very professional and relaxing atmosphere and when I went up about a wrong order they corrected it quickly with no problem. The franchise felt safe as well. As always the prices are honest and the deals are the best unlike the Golden Arches. Fast food made with pride. I always appreciate a good Burger King ????????
Normally, each Saturday morning when I order code #2207 at this location, the experience is at most times, tolerable. Today, I am saying, the welcome to Burger King feeling, totally nonexistent when I needed the manager (Ms. Felicia) to understand that I wanted everything to be made fresh, that's including the bun. I didn't want a sandwich that was sitting underneath a heat lamp. By the time I get across the street to where I work, my food is cold. My hash brown are like plastic pallets, the bread on my sandwich is hard and dry on the bottom. Depending on whose on staff, my order is sometimes done correctly. Ms. Patricia and daughter, I appreciate your service and attention to detail. Great Job to her. Ms. Felicia, on behalf, I apologize if you felt that it was too much of a bother for you to make sure that I received the Great service that's widely advertised in all of the BK television ads, hoping I didn't come across as being rude in my request.
Have It Your Way wasn't happening for me this morning. Ms. Felicia told me twice to go to the second window instead just listening to how I want my order to be. I proceeded to the second window to cancel my order, if you're not going to listen to what I have to say. I don't feel welcome to spend my money here.

3rd time trying to order here. Literally no one available on mic. Cars just aimlessly wait in a single car line, luckily I've never been stuck. This place is so convenient for my travel however can't get anyone to take my money. I'm glad Culver's is opening up down the street.
Worst fastfood location I’ve been to period; they never honor any deals from the app, and when you get to the window after they say that they applied the deal they say it doesn’t work and make you either pay full price or not get your food at all, this happened twice. Staff is very argumentative and rude I was calm and nice when trying to get my deal counted but had to leave cause I just didn’t want to bother arguing with the person. Absolutely horrendous that this place is still in business
Not only was the speaker person rude by yelling at us and had attitude with no one behind us, we asked for napkins and sauce. He nodded and said okay I got it. We received neither.
