This place is run down. Service is slow. Homeless all around. And the whopper…take a look at the picture. It tastes as it looks - zero flavor. And ofc completely overpriced, since it’s in the airport
It's surprisingly good for a burger king. Burger came out fast and hot. Shake was great. Ordered large fries and the packaging looked medium (might be large , haven't eaten at BK in a long time). Tables weren't cleaned, but I don't know if that is BK's responsibility or joint with the other fast food places or the airport's.
The whole staff is too aggressive and rude as hell to customers. The young lady taking my order screaming and yelling at me and other customers. She was on her phone the whole time of taking my order. Also food is disgusting and cold. Also there is a cockroach running around . I filmed it on my phone will be posting on this review. I give this experience at burger King a 1 star. I need a refund.
One of the only places in the airport that are open after 10:30 on a Saturday, and the food quality is what you'd expect from a Burger King. Prices are a little higher than normal, but it was fine. I had a spicy chicken sandwich, and it was good.
Sunday January 7, 2024. The girl working the register today, eyeglasses, very messy ponytail, (name tag looked as if was written in chalk and rubbed off. I saw a “K”) at 11:20am was rude and unprofessional. She turned around to get my drink as I attempted to pay, the card reader was not illuminated so I ATTEMPTED to ask her was there something else she needed to do with it… IT’S WORKING (no lights yet) GO AHEAD ITS WORKING TAP THE SCREEN! LOOK AT YOUR SCREEN ITS NOT MINE ITS YOURS! It’s not light up but IT WORKING! ????... I couldn’t say anything at all after that.
Love the hustle from this crew. Friendly guy taking orders, staff working hard behind him to churn food out as quick as possible. Really refreshing to get this level of service!
If I could give an zero stars today I would. I travel to Atlanta bi weekly for work, I run an nonprofit organization in Buckhead that helps business owners secure loans and provide services to the homeless and low income population. I always stop pass the Burger King in the Airport but this time I had an horrible experience. The young women was very rude and disrespectful. She was rolling her eyes and doing the most when all I asked for was my biscuit to be cooked soft, the exact way I get it every time and she provided horrible customer service not just to me but to others. I understand you can have a bad day sometimes but come on now it’s 7am! Leave your attitude home. The management need remove her from the front line and put her in the back away from customers because it seems that she doesn’t enjoy working with customers. I was so unsatisfied with her service that I requested a refund and called the manager to make a complaint. No Customer Deserves To Be Treated Unfairly.
Slowest service ever. Staff behaves like ones is bothering them. Would likely prefer not to have any customers. Finally they tried to swindle us by not serving fries with meal orders. Basically charging the Burger King prices on the board for meals by just serving sandwich and drink. Burger King corporate needs to look onto this. This was at 10:05 pm 9/18 for whoever needs to figure out who the criminals were behind the counter
