I started by asking if the philly could me made without onions the answer was no, so I asked the classic had onions the answer was no, I ordered the classic. I was told it would be a 6 minute wait no problem. Received my drink, the sprint gave me ugly face and the lemonade gave me pucker face. Received my order a WRAP never inquired about a wrap, but Received a wrap. Lunch is almost at this point. Eat the wrap just okay.
It's pretty sad inside. The women working behind the counter were generally helpful. I came in because I wanted a soda, but they were out of basically everything I would have chosen. The food was fine. Also, some guy up front made a lazy attempt at stealing my bicycle.
I witness the workers ghetto as hell. Don't order anything else from here! This one coworker scratched her head before grabbing fries...the young manager is loud and they are unprofessional while customers are inside
I hate this burger king the food smelled old, & actually looked old too. I should of gotten a refund. But I didn't check the food until I got home Don't go there. I went through the drive-thru in the 3pm hour, today Jan 12,2024. & The chick gave me an extra small cup with my order, & that order usually have the extra large cup. Man they bogus as hell. I won't go back there. I been going there for about 3 or 4 yrs now. Not going back. Get rid of all those employees.
That Manager with the glasses and boneless braid just said to get a cold premade sandwich because she didn't feel like making any fresh ones. And was too busy flirting with my husband to pay attention. Then she even asked "What's a number 8?" ???? Like seriously. You work here!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This place needs employees whom actually wants to work. It is 9pm and I was just told by one of the workers in the drive through that she couldn't make my food. Because they were switching shifts????
I’ve come to this Burger King three different times of day on three different days.. I pull up to the drive thru just for some one on the headset to tell me I have to come in and order I asked why can’t you take my order here if you’re speaking to me ? She’s says you just have to come in.. I asked for a manager and they said she wasn’t available.. I think that is totally ridiculous for them to turn down any customers money and obviously I’m in the drive thru for a reason..not only did I drive off other customers left as well right in front and behind me ????????????
I ordered an impossible burger on line. January 18th at 6pm. Was going thru the drive thru to pick it up. Paid for it already. This lady (looks to be in her late 40s) tells me to come inside. Why? I go inside and she said we don't have any more impossible burgers. I knew she was lying. So I left, getting ready to cancel the online order. She comes to the window and told me to come back in. I guess someone else was able to find my order ( a young black male) on the computer. So now, all of a sudden, they have Impossible burgers, after she lied. I still don't understand why she had me to get out of the car in the cold weather in the first place. ???? . No apology, no explanation. A week later, I went thru the same drive thru and I got a flat charred burnt up Impossible burger. It was around 6pm on jan 20, 2024. I was very angry, as I had to go back up there. Good thing I checked my food before I got home. This is unacceptable!
