Let me preface this by saying, I hardly make reviews. If I leave a bad review it’s because I had an awful experience. To begin with the drive through worker was not very nice. She said my gift card declined and had to have someone else come do it. Took like 5 minutes and they slammed the door cause it was closed. After that was sorted out I checked the bag. Like it has happened a million times at this location they messed up the order and didn’t give me my onion rings. When I told her she went “oh I forgot. I need your card” and I didn’t mind that but she never apologized? And wasn’t very nice about it either. They have done this a million times and it is so frustrating. The food is fine but they are NOT organized and the customer service is awful. They almost always mess up orders.
This Burger King was short staffed, I’m assuming due to it being New Year’s Eve but the overall experience is not worth coming back here again. The food was barely warm even though we had to wait 10 minutes for them to make it and most of the tables were dirty with crumbs. The staff was apologetic for the wait but it just seems like Burger King has really gone down hill.
The manager had a bad attitude before we went to order. The way she spoke to us was very rude and the food was not fresh. They were out if half the sodas they offer and our order was incomplete. We emailed headquarters and they never responded. Taking my business somewhere where people are appreciated. What a shame. This location really sucks.

So, I came to drive through and asked for my food with no bread it was at breakfast. They said no I have no bowl to put it in. I then told her I would love to eat here but I have Celiacs disease and cannot have the bread just the egg and bacon and could they wrap it. The lady was very rude and said NOPE!!! I will NEVER eat at your restaurant again. There are so many allergies and you will not accommodate a customers request. Not acceptable.

Update: With all of the bad service in the fast food industry in this area since COVID. I still must commend this restaurant. They messed up a few things and a couple of them I caught before leaving the drive thru but I had a decent sized order and the lady at the window was very nice and corrected the things on the spot w/o an attitude. I am here to say I was totally fooled by the photo shown of the Big King and the Bacon Whopper Melt. I just knew that I would not come close to finishing my burger (the melt). I will start by saying this is definitely not a whopper, it is more like 2 cheeseburgers put together. It was about the size of the palm of my hand or more like a slider. I ordered it minus the onions and received my BACON Whopper Melt with no bacon. This was a tasty cheeseburger on a not so toasted sourdough bun and it should not be called a Whopper...maybe a Whopper Jr, but that's pushing it. This burger is not worth $6. The same goes for the Big King..there's nothing big about it. The lady deserves 4 stars but those 2 burgers I described above deserve 2 stars for value.
4-29-2024 I had a DoorDash pickup at 8.30 pm. I overheard them say make those dasher wait.. there was no one in the store and also the drive thru was empty ..I was the only one there.. they intentionally made me wait 30 min . All the food was ready but they didn’t want to make it .. as soon as they see me staring at them they started working .. I will not come back to this location again.. slow and rude ..
I go and eat at burger king every single day the general manager Donetta is always a smiling face and her crew are awesome fast and hot and fresh products
No matter what you order here they will tell you to pull around and take forever to bring your order.
