The location in Belleview Florida, has become the worst Burger King I have ever been too. From the girl and guy behind the counter, just laying on the counter not trying to help any customer. To the guy that handed me a ripped bag, that almost spilled out the food, and didn't offer me a new bag. I had to honk my horn to get someone attention to get a new bag. Then once I got home, my food was cold, smashed, and the 2 melt sandwiches we got were a disappointment, the buns were upside down. The onion rings were limb and soggy. I had to ask for the correct food 3 times, and I was the only vehicle in the drive through. I had to ask for our drinks and the guy at the window asked me what I ordered. All and all it was the worst. Wendy's here we come from now on.
Nobody that works here Gives AF About anything. They'll never get the order right and then give you an attitude when you ask them to correct it. Clearly Sorry management / ownership. Got forbid I spend $50-$60 on dinner and want the order correct. Unless
Food was good but the service was extremely slow and rude. They acted like they didn’t know there was an online order placed and then didn’t start making it until 15 minutes after I arrived. I also order a large double whopper meal but gave me a kids meal then acted confused when I showed them my receipt
By far the worst burger King ever. Don't go thru drive thru, u will be there for 30 minutes. Don't order online bc 20 minutes after you order it still.wont be ready. Every single time there is an issue. I think it's time to revamp the management and team. I Don't recommend this location to anyone.
Disappointed in the service all together at this Belleview location! I did a mobile order and drove up to pick my food up 8 minutes later. There was one car in front of me. It took over 30 minutes for me to get to the window to pick my food up. The food wasn't fresh. There was atleast 3 employees inside so it wasn't short handed. Oh and to make matters worse, I found a HAIR on one of my onion rings!
This burger King was once my favorite. After my last visit I won't be going back. I didn't even eat my meal. I paid on the app. So you get what you get. As I'm waiting I watched a young woman whipping her long long hair and running her hair through it. Then I told the manager about a serious matter and I got the look and eye roll. I pray her Christmas gets better.
Hamburgers seem taste better than than they used to. My vegan friend tells me the Impossible burger is very good.
Disappointed with quality of food. Fries and Whopper were only warm, not hot even though I ate in the dining room.
Large fries wasn't full.
