Custom sandwich incorrect...ordered a whopper with no pickle or lettuce...but it had 5 pickle slices and NO tomato. Tried to call to speak to manager, but no one picked up...went to voice-mail. I do think they've recently hired a new crew, which is great, but they should be able to read & know the difference between tomato & pickles. Here's hoping this crew gets it right soon.
On April 27th we stop in to get a quick bite to eat at this location on 56th and Georgetown road after ordering our food and receiving our cups to get drinks out of the fountain drink machine the machine did not have ice also the machine was very nasty and dirty once we received our food to take out I asked for ketchup the manager said we do not have ketchup I said well can I have barbecue sauce instead no he said I cannot give you barbecue sauce unless you pay for it I said can't it replace it he was very unprofessional a very smart mouth the service was really bad from the start we stood in the line waiting for at least 10 minutes before we were even acknowledge I knew right then and there they were rude they was not courteous or friendly I will never return to this Burger King again !!!!!!!!!
You never know what your going to get from this location. Will your food be fresh or will you get something that's been sitting there for a while. It's irritating getting old food and have to take it back, just do it right the first time.

I come here bc it’s the only thing open when I get off of work! But now I would rather starve then eat here. Workers are not attentive of your food. I had a burger from this establishment last night and there was so much loose hair in my food I could make a wig????! Trying to look past that i went this morning for breakfast & and they totally screwed our order AGAIN! i ordered a sausage and bacon burrito! They only gave me bacon and my bacon was completely burnt black literally. It made my food taste like char. I’m over this establishment. It’s literally fast food how hard could it be?
Drove through when not busy. Ordered with cheese, get home and NO cheese. 22 bucks spent and the order was wrong....
This place overall is horrible the customer service was absolutely horrible they don't know how to talk to people and then I repeated my order 3 times and they still got it wrong I WILL NEVER GET FOOD HERE AGAIN
Arrive to the Drive Thru at 10:25. I try to order breakfast and they're out of gravy. No big deal. Then they tell me to wait. 5 minutes later they come back and change the menu. They don't even acknowledge whether breakfast is over or not. They were extremely rude when I asked if Breakfast is over. So I ordered a few things on the lunch menu and left the line. No wonder this place is going under
