Emily was very nice and patient in the drive-through. Very good customer service. You don’t get that very often in fast food nowadays! Give that girl a raise!!
These people are racist only one kind of people work in there Mexican , Latino idk but they messed my order up with a person that is so high she can’t sit still or hear to get someone’s order I came back in she tried to charge me for what I told her to ring up again after a lot of back and forth with the coworkers ( speaking Spanish never English ) they made the bacon melt and it wasn’t melted or hot they just threw it together! These people don’t care and are lazy !!
I will never eat here again. The whopper was horrible. The bun was so hard it fell apart just picking it up. Waited in line forever just to get bad food and the fries were good but when you order a small, medium or large, at least fill up the cup with fries. Is that to much to ask? I would say go to a different location if you want Burger King. I will say the chicken nuggets were fresh.
I did place my order using the app. When I pulled up I was informed that they didn't have an item (tacos) that I ordered on the app. They gave an option to choose a substitute. I chose the cheese sticks. They were nasty, tasted like they had been sitting under a heat lamp for an hour. And the dipping sauce tasted like burnt ketchup. I also ordered a whopper, plain, light mustard and ketchup, cheese only. I got one that was loaded with mayo and tomatoes.
No more drive thru, can't trust them to get order right.
Went through drive thru that's the only reason for the three on atmosphere got good hot let me text that again hot food right food really nice burger king on West broad Street
Food quality was really lacking I have 4 small mushrooms on my mushroom Swiss melt.
Oh man what can I say about this Burger King I blew through here dropping my roommate off to the hospital absolutely fabulous quick drive-thru service got my order right food was hot fresh I got the big barbecue bacon double steakhouse burger and it is delicious I'm have to pull over on the side of the road to eat this definitely will come back here and I definitely give this Burger King a high rating good job. !!!!????
I ordered my food a certain way and did not receive wut I ordered. plus had to wait 5min and the fresh were cold. no stars for drinks and no napkins.
