I will not return. They charged me extra for a deal they openly displayed (2 cheeseburgers small fry and small drink for $5.99) made me pay for the extra burger that was advertised as part of the deal. The girl at the window was very friendly though and that is the only reason I didnt make a big deal out of it. It's only $2 extra but it's the principle. The manager could've just given me the burger regardless of whatever confusion happened at the register, it's the same price, but I paid extra! Luckily for them I was quite hungry!
Stopped here today for dinner, place was fairly busy. In and out quickly, food was hot and order accurate. The gentleman (Christian) who was running the register was great, smile on his face and seemed to enjoy his job!
What a joke. The employees are immature and rude. When we placed an order in drive thru the employee completely mocked me when I asked to hold on while we deciding to add to our order. It was noticed by the manager as he made the employee give us an insincere apology. When asked to talk to the manager he claimed that employee had a dark humor to him.
The sarver staff always take excellent care of over me. Too bad Management can't coordinate with Natrona Heights management to bring services to Natrona heights hole.
I only do 5 stars when I get what I ordered. Just a mess up on onion rings...I changed it during my order and didn't get them. Overall good
One of the most miserable human interactions I've had in a very long time. No matter how often we said "thank you" for something, or just tried to be pleasant, the person working drive thru was extremely unfriendly. I truly believe you have to try very hard to be THAT grumpy. Sometimes sheer reflex from a decent upbringing causes you to respond with "you're welcome" after someone says "thank you". Not for this employee!!! I'm pretty sure it takes a conscious effort to ignore someone when they pull up to your window and say "hello" and then tell you "thank you! Have a goodnight!" when they are driving away.
And to top it off, I think she was a manager (blue shirt).
Where is the standard, Burger King?
I wish I had spoken up when we were there, but I'm not very confrontational. But, it's just NOT ok to treat people that way.

*Side note: ordered 2 burgers, BOTH wrong. ????????♀️
Two times in the past week they have messed up my order. First time it was rang in completely wrong. Today it was rang in right, just made completely wrong, since it was missing all of the things I paid to get added on. And the large fries were laughably portioned, barely any in them. Don’t recommend if you even customize your order one bit, they won’t try to do what you ask them to.
Staff at South Pike are always great. Very considerate towards the handicapped.
