Never again. I took my disabled friend and his child to the wonderful place. They had a few cars in the drive thru and 1 person in the lobby. 3 people walk in behind us. We all place our order. 27 minutes later we are the only ones left. We ordered chicken sandwiches. So I ask the (lovely) young woman on the phone if we can have a complimentary onion ring since we have waited so long and were the last to get our food. She rolls her eyes and walked away all saucy. She was talking/misting over our fries while fixing them cause she was still on the phone. So it's ok to touch your nasty cell phone and then fix our food? Yeah ok
I'm so disappointed with the people that work at the establishments in my community. I spend my hard earned money and to get attitude and nasty food. Heck one gotta go. Ijs ugh if you don't like your job find another one.
Just pulled up today to place a lunch order at 1:15 pm today on 1/11/2024 Young man taking the order had an instant attitude, very nasty and disgusting. Tone was inappropriate as if he was already angry. I placed the order and he gave me the total. I said do you need the code, he replied very nastily “ughh, what’s the code”? I told him never mind and drove off. Please be mindful that you are the one that applied for the job. No one asked you to work at BK. That nasty, feminine attitude will not get you far in life.
I would love to know, why after you order and drive up to the window, then pay for your order, the burger king cashier always ask you too back up from the window,I think, it's so that their time for pushing out orders don't go over the expected time frame. But maybe they need to just work on their timing!
Because some times, backing up is not why I chose to use the drive thru,I wonder what BK corporate would say about this form of training? What happens when it's a lot of cars in the drive thru? I guess you're have to pull up, and they will bring it out to you,????! The drive thru just got down graded, to stop and pay, pull up and wait, and then go????...Too much????????????, never going back to the Burger King location on Harding Blvd , because the drive thru process is to complicated????
Drive through food was ready as soon as I pulled up fresh and hot. Normally, I expect most Burger Kings to have a bad crew and cold food, but this was a nice suprise. Keep it up!
I got order and ham and cheese croissant meal and the cheese was not melted and the sandwich was freezing cold!!! I will not ever be coming back here! They are so ready to get you out of the line with that they don’t care about the quality of the food. Save your time and go somewhere else for a meal! ????????????????????????????????????????
This is a "Classic Melt" from Burger King. This is neither classic nor a melt. I usually post great reviews about great places to eat. This needs to be reviewed. Cold pre-cooked patties with old melted cheese, out on uncooked bread, and cold carmelized onions. This is my last order from Burger King. Dethroned.

Drive thur is horrible! Line alway around the building! ALWAY asked to pull back and I again. Then pulled up to wait again for food ????????
