Fries and chicken fries were old and cold. Bread on the "melt" was barely toasted and had an obscene amount of mayo. Lemonade taste like it was made with toilet water, do they not use filtered water? I understand burger king is not gonna be a 5 star meal, but for $15 it should be at least halfway decent.
I came in to dine in with my significant other and ordered the $30 bundle that’s on the app. When we got our order we decided to dine in and eat our meal in the lobby. As we are eating when we get to the nuggets they were hard past the kept time. During this time the manager or team leader with the orange hair who was on the shift comes up to us and tells us they’ll be closing the lobby soon when it was only 9 something. Eating hours say until 10. As we tell the lady if we could get some fresh nuggets she proceeds to tell us we order awhile ago so that’s why they are cold. We only had less than 10 minutes of eating there. Definitely never the best experience here.
Food has been consistently good, but the soda machine needs to be retuned, at least for sprite and Dr Pepper. I’ve gotten both a couple times that was soda water only but didn’t know until I got home and drank it. The staff is hit or miss- sometimes I get absolutely amazing, friendly service but sometimes I get ignored- and tonight an argument even broke out in the kitchen in front of myself and a family.
I didn't even get to order in the drive through. I was told to wait ago I did but when a different person went to the second drive thru they took his order right away. And I even tried calling for them but no answer. If you got the time just go inside and order so they can't ignore you.
We came through the drive thru and the person was very polite. The food was prepared properly and was fresh. I will definitely come back again.
Grabbed lunch here and Gabriel was so polite from taking my order all the way through packing my order and handing my food. Food was exactly what I ordered and everything was there! Thanks! If Gabriel’s parents read this, you raised an exceedingly friendly and polite young man.
The two times I tried to go here both incidents months apart, this place was so dysfunctional that I had to leave and order at the Bell Road bk, which is amazing, btw!!! The staff here is ghetto and both times were so clueless. One girl pretended to not hear what we were ordering and then repeadtly asked what and then would say we don't have that untill we left then I went to the online app the secound time to get a family bundle the kid tells us they are out of original chicken and they won't substitute then I ask to talk to the manager who states we are put of large cups onion rings and had nothing but attitude. We went to the bell road location and, as usual, never dissapoints!!! They couldn't take our code but helped us with a mobile order and then gave my babies crowns, and everything was perfect!!! Please go to the Bell Road location. You will have a new good outlook and good tasting food from bk!!!
This has been a favorite location of mine personally, in the El Mirage area. Located next to Goodwill and Near a Walmart too. This location has always done a pretty good job at supplying fresh, hot and good food, each time I have returned. The lobby has always been pretty clean and up kept. On occasion you will find there to be some trash around, and the soda bar to be lacking of napkins, lids or straws, and a bit dirty. Aside from this the staff her is great, they generally all display good customer service and attend to any that is brought to their attention immediately. So with this being said, I give them a 4 star rating honestly due to the lacking of: overall cleanliness at times and their need to vamp up the soda bar upkeep. Other than these minor concerns, their outstanding customer services and quality foods continue to bring me back and should you too.
