Ordered with the app in store and was instructed to wait and have my order called. They never did. Went to the counter and asked about my order after a while. They did the soda and gave my burger and fries but they were not hot any more. Not that clean of a restaurant. The bathrooms are not easily accessible. You have to ask the staff to open the door for you. There is a outside seating area.
The worst service. They can not get your order correct. Plus they don't care what type of service you receive. Take a little pride in what you do. The prices are so high but the product and service don't match. Never going there again.
Burger King has the best French fries from all the fast food restaurants super crispy and perfect with salt and the jalapenos poppers we have to get some every time we go there.
I am extremely disappointed with all the burger kings in Santa Fe I thought the one on Llano was good but unfortunately they screwed up my order I "F" n tired of paying for poor products corporate America is really sucking bad
Food was good the employees are ok some are better than others when you talk to them but overall I would recommend it to others
Stopped by this location on after the whole 4th of July spectacle ended on the south end of town. This particular BK location has been around for a while now. Though it has gone through a few renovations since its initial opening. When I pulled up to the drive thru, the employee on the other end was prompt in taking my medium number 1 order (Whopper and a drink combo). Despite it being late and a holiday, the kitchen was quick in getting my order out. The Whopper was about as what you would expect, pretty standard and nothing extraordinary beyond that. My fires however, I felt, were already a few hours old as they had already lost some of the freshness. In all, the Santa Fe BK on St. Michaels and Llano is a reliable yet average fast food restaurant.
Another stop for my breakfast fix. Low on cash and need that breakfast... the breakfast burrito Jr with a side of hashbrowns under $4 is a penny pincher and gets the job done.
For lunch the $5 whopper burgers are on spot.
Seems like the girl taking orders at the drive thru has trouble listening. I had to repeat by order 3 times even speaking loud she still couldn't hear. Maybe fix the intercom IDK.
