I never leave reviews but I had a great experience today on my lunch break. My whopper was delicious and hot. The bathroom was squeaky clean, and the lobby was spotless as well. The folks behind the counter were courteous and very nice. I live in Portland and we don't often get this kind of service and high quality food. It was a pleasant surprise to be treated so well today
i order food last night and was parked for over 20 minutes for a wrap and a sandwich and when i received it was soggy and gross. worst fast food place ever. the chicken was missing cheese on it as well and there were more cars parked with me. mi not sure what happened but i am frustrated and never showing up to bk again. and fries were missing worst experience ever.
Just don't go here. They don't cook the fries. They didn't even make my order while I was the only one standing there for 30 minutes. Then my meal had no fries in it. Terrible Terrible food and service.
On every occasion I’ve visited this establishment I’ve had to sit at the ordering screen for at least 5+ minutes. Every single time. Then they are extremely rude. To top it completely off, the food is terrible. You’re better off filling the mozzarella sticks with Elmer’s glue.
What I wanted and when I wanted it. Almost took off a star for not being able to order online without paying before you get there, but will say philly chicken wrap add onion is the best under $5 fast food item I've ever eaten. Props.
I gave this place a shot after years of writing them off. The clerk had his hands in his pockets the. Handled my food. I informed the clerk that sticking hands in pockets goes against hand washing guidelines. I was met with “I don’t care bro”.
We stopped here for. quick bite. Burger was yummy and fries, even better. Staff and service was excellent. BUT, it was freezing in there! I used the bathroom. Felt like I was outside! I felt sorry for the employees!
Haven't been to this BK in a while as quality was lacking. Thought I'd try it again since some time has passed... well, quality of food hit the norm for a fast food restaurant but the shift manager Erika was extremely rude. With COVID restrictions still in affect, I went through the drive thru, ordered some nuggets with BBQ sauce and parked in the parking lot to eat. Good thing I did because they forgot to put the BBQ sauce in the bag. When I went in, Erika told me it would be a bit so I told her I just needed the BBQ sauce they forgot and she reied "I don't care you're gonna wait". Not ok because I already paid for food and service for which they fell short. Took Erika 5 minutes to get me the sauce and wouldn't tell me her name. Rude. When I was walking out the district manager happened to be walking in, so I explained my experience to her. She was not happy and said she'd talk to Erika and ensured it wouldn't happen again. 2 stars only because the regional manager was so nice and karma.
