Excellent last night, one of the best Burger King orders we’ve gotten. Then we go again tonight: My whopper tasted weird, like the meat had some weird aftertaste to it. I’m starving but I can’t finish my burger, I think they left the meat out too long before cooking. The fries also tasted like they were left in the fryer too long.
5 stars all across. This is my nearest Burger King. I love me a whopper, probably the best fast food burger in my opinion. Their spicy chicken fries are A1. The people working here are always superstars because it’s always a really good experience with service. Never an issue with order, always polite and professional.
Drive through lady is always rude, food sucks. Today I got a burger that was hard like it has been sitting out all day and was just reheated. Chicken on the burger was hard and the tomato was soggy. It tasted old and looked old. I smelt the burger and it smelled very moldy, I instantly threw it away. Food is never good but bother inlaw loves the nuggets so we always go here hoping it would get better but it does not. Need new management and staff.
last night ordered my grandchildren some food Everything was Old and disgusting asked for cheeseburgers meat and cheese. Only everything was on there so I called and they said bring it back tomorrow and we’ll replace your order or your money back today. The manager said oh no this is not possible I cannot replace this order. What a scam, he said that this is what They do , So you give up and let it go????????♀️
Zero customer service. Not paying attention to the line. Waited 15 min and food still cold. Mr Starr on the register was rude. Won't be going back to that location.
Through for 6 minutes then pulled up to the window waited another three minutes I was there at 11:30 at night they don't close till 12 I see a car in the parking lot I dialed the number and it's disconnected TVs are on food in the warmer no sign of any employees something is going on here. I've got terrible employees that don't care about their customers.
Disgusting food and soda . I first of all I ordered a #4 not a number 1 I got a number 1 and the hash browns were absolutely over cooked to stone, the coke tasted like it was half mixed with sprite and the cherry on top was the people here specifically the kid 20s black girl likes to yell her head off. Just saying . Overcooked hash browns is why I’m leaving this horrible !
Service was fast. But my fries was cold . And I asked for no ketchup and the wrapper was label that it didn't have but it did.
