Staff is great...newly renovated and looks great...clean.
I had to order at a kiosk, and even though there wasn't a bunch of people dining in, my order took forever. The drinks are self-serve, but we weren't given cups until the whole order was ready. What's next, are we going to start cooking the food ourselves? I do not like all this self-service stuff. I'd rather talk to a real person.
Came early morning to get breakfast and Mari was so pleasant to order from. They were kind, upbeat and on it. Thanks Mari! I hope Burger King is thankful to have someone like you apart of their team.
Was disappointed when I got home after walking in to BK and placing my order. It was a simple order and yet I got home without the med havesies I paid for. I know. I should have checked the bag before I left but all I ordered was a big fish, 4 chkn nuggets, a bacon cheese burger and the havesies. And they werent busy.
The staff is extremely nice and very patient. I've never had an issue with any of my orders here. the food is always fresh and even when I have a larger order the food is done in a timely manner.
The gentleman with the beard/goatee was very pushy. He shoved my food as well as my card at me when I was in the drive thru. The girl who works at the window is much kinder and can put a smile on anyone's face.
Today they definitely deserved 5 stars. Probably the best burger I've had from BK, anywhere. Good job! Who ever was working around 6pm, Thursday September 14th 2023, give yourselves a pat on a back.

Worst experience ever. Went in with my 2 kids to grab something quick. No line inside, so shouldn't take long. I waited 20mins before they started handing me food, but then they tell me they don't have any breaded chicken sandwiches, so now not only did I already wait forever, now I have to wait for my food to be replaced....there is no ice in the coke machine, my fries were under cooked, they only had 3 people working, the food sat in the warmer forever, so naturally the food is getting dried up with hard bread. Disgusting. Horrible, don't come here
