They added tomatoes when I asked for none. I asked for no tartar on the fish sandwich and opted for ketchup instead, they put maybe two droplets of ketchup on there, and not only that but the fish patty was a BRICK. And just when you think it can't get worse, I go to eat my nuggets and WISH that I'd just stuck to the dino nuggies in my freezer, just LOOK AT THEMMMMM.
How many YEARS has it been since y'all changed the oil in your fryers!?!?! I used to work a lot of fast food and restaurant jobs, I would NEVER hand these atrocities to my customers >:(
The employees there were very nice, but I think they may have been under the orders of an INCOMPETENT manager trying to save on material costs to look good for the higher-ups or something. That fryer oil NEEDS to get changed.
We had already been disappointed by the Dunkin' Donuts that was nearby because they had only 2 out of 13 items we ordered and only told us they were out when we went out of our way to pick them up... I was hoping our valentine's day could be saved with some fast food instead of donuts and coffee, but this took our holiday and just. Beat it to death. Pounded it to dust.
Do not get any fried foods from here. Wait... that's like 75% of the menu. Whoops ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Just feel like I need to share the fact that this is my favorite Burger King in town. They have never screwed something up for me. I had never waited long for food. Employees have always been friendly and pleasant. It is where I order from when I just simply do not have the time or energy to potentially deal with a problem.
I haven’t stopped at this BK in awhile because the service and food went downhill for a bit— I’m vegetarian and it’s one of the few fast food places that offers options. I stopped by tonight because pregnancy demanded it and the food was great and it was quick, friendly service. Definitely wanted to compliment the workers tonight and hopefully it’s a sign things are turning around there. My only complaint is I wish the lights outside were on so I knew for sure if they were open at night— almost didn’t stop as a result.
Pleasantly surprised twice! I usually end up getting fast food at odd times. (Not lunch or dinner time) When I do, I have come to expect mediocre food and cold fries. My first trip to this BK was at 10:30 at night. I ordered a whopper jr. and onion rings. The service was incredible. I received my food rather quickly so I was shocked and pleasantly surprised when my onion rings were hot! ???? I ventured there again tonight around 8:30 to see if it was a fluke. Again I was greeted with an employee that seemed to love her job. I ordered my Whopper Jr. and onion rings along with a sweet tea. There were a few cars ahead of me so the wait was a bit longer. When I received my meal it was good and warm. I imagine the onion rings would have been hotter if I wasn’t waiting on the cars ahead of me. The worker was very friendly. I will be back to this BK.
30min in the drive through is insanity, especially when it's constantly this bad. I can't imagine the cost of food they're throwing out because of people giving up and leaving. It's nuts! Maybe 30% of the line leaves at this point.
Get it together
Tried to use the drive thru today at 1pm and they told me they were short staffed so I would have to come inside to order. Make that make sense. Their was no one in the drive thru and if anyone was inside it was 2 people. Makes no sense drove off I have a 2 yr old which is why i was using the drive thru for pickup
The employees have been exceptionally kind and polite, even though it's usually late night when I go.
