I placed my order online because of the promotion where you get a free Whopper if you enter a contest and create your own whopper.
The online ordering is very easy and your order is placed in priority and placed on the counter.
They got my order perfect. In fact by far it is the best Whopper I've had in awhile. Wish my baby baby was here.
Took them more than 13 minutes to give me a whopper and a medium fries just to get this the meat is literally burn I do not recommend this place at all
Ordered the fiery chicken nuggets. I’m Soo disappointed that I drove this far just to get plain nuggets and they just pored the buffalo sauce out of the packets. Soo upsetting.
Best show with a lunch ever. Someone comes in with a supposed screwed up mobile order. No receipt to show and still the crew gave food and ice cream, leaves with food and sends a someone in because the sandwich is sloppy built which can happen when tossed on a table individual was already in bk beforehand had just left before everything began.

One worker busting their hump while the other 6 or 7 standing around talking while line of customers waiting for their food and extra long line at drive thru wrapped around building!!! And irate customer behind us had to yell at the ONE good worker and try n make them feel bad...the rest of them didn't even listen to or hear him talking....to the one good person that actually puts into their work..Thank YOU!!! Waited 32 minutes for 4 sandwiched, two fries and two drinks..and also props to the manager for the two free items and trying to teach her employees to stop standing around talking while they were busy...thank you also and hope u ALL have a better nite!!
Yes I do agree with the comment one employee (MJ) on her name tag bussing there tail making food taking orders for the drive thru and ringing customers up on front cashier with washing her hands through every step. I told her I grateful that she doing an awesome job and that I will be back just for her! I waited 20 minutes for onion rings while she was the only one working while 4 others stood around
Honestly, I just don't like Burger King anymore. I feel like I can get the same products from the frozen food section at the grocery and just make it at home for half the price. Every time I try to give it another shot, the food quality has diminished a little more. And they always seem dirty. They always have friendly and nice employees. But the brand is plummeting and hopefully will die soon.
Awful experience with this location. I ordered through the mobile app - I do this to avoid the drive-thru lines. Well when I got to the store, their lobby was closed….at 830 am on a Saturday. So I’m already pretty ticked off because there are seven cars in line. So I wait about 20 minutes only to be told they canceled my order because they didn’t have my item. Thanks for wasting my time.
