I have ordered food from here before, and it has been great. However, this time, when I ordered from the 5 dollar whopper menu, I was told that it was 6 dollars instead of 5. When I asked why, because the menu said 5, they said no, it’s 6. I told them to come outside and see the menu, it says 5, they said that they would not take my order. I understand that people can refuse service, however, the interaction was very civil, and they were being extremely rude. When asked for the Manager, Ruby came and said they would not take my order, and was very rude to me and my family. Instead of talking about it, they shut me down, and became very rude.
I paid 14.08 for 1 6.00 burger. And they still took my points for a free burger. Dam them. Won't be back didn't even offer me another sandwich or nothing. The burgers buns are stale hard as a rock. Pissed ????
Old hard hashbrowns, probably cooked twice, but still not hot. A pretty Pathetic biscuit sandwich with 1 piece of bacon and French toast sticks that you could taste were stored improperly because they tasted like everything that's kept in the freezer, which is a much different taste than them being cooked in the same oil as everything else.
Want a burger? Sorry, this Burger King doesn’t have ‘em for ya! If you’d like to get a burger, you will need to go somewhere else. I’ve come here multiple times now and been told that I can only get chicken, because the broiler is broken. It’s a Burger King… with no burgers. Go figure.
Food is edible, the woman who helped us was scowling, didn't ask if we wanted napkins, and had poor hygiene in the drive through
The workers at the time of my visit were very friendly and courteous. The wait time was minimal and I'll be going there again
Confirm all negative reviews! Today was my last visit to BG. Rude, unfriendly and unprofessional staff. I visited this location few times and was surprised why there are no people. When in McDonalds just across the street - always packed full. Now I understand why.
Worst customer service.
I ordered 2 bacon whopper. Meals, and 2 plane beef patties, water, coke and ice tea. Had to reask for the water. When we got home and opened it up, the coke was watered down as well as the ice tea. The 2 plane beef patties were 2 chicken seasoned patties, the 2 whoppers were 2 double patties with bacon and liquid cheese. No flavor on the burgers or fries. Overall we threw it away. Lost burger king customers.
