The Whopper doesn't taste the same. Disappointed. Please powers that be, give these employees decent uniforms. I would be embarrassed to have to spend a shift in clothing that looks like it came from a grab bag at a thrift store. When you look good, you feel good and you do a better job.
Absolutely worst breakfast service I’ve ever had at any fast food restaurant. Both times I’ve been they have taken FOREVER and forgot my order on one. They left me waiting for more than 15 minutes and still did not bring me any food. Had to request a refund. They acted like they didn’t know what to do it still took 10 minutes to give me a refund. Management needs to do better.
I took a friend out to lunch the other day. We decided on Burger King since she had a coupon and there are no longer Burger King's where I live. We were greeted by a friendly cashier. We went to get our drinks and put them on the table. The food came out promptly and was nice and hot! The food was very tasty. The restaurant was meticulously clean. The atmosphere was quiet and pleasant. Overall a great experience!
Went through the drive through line for a couple of breakfast sandwiches and had to wait about 10 minutes because there were only 2 people working in the entire restaurant. When we finally got our order and drove away, we found they had left the protein off both sandwiches, and my eggs sandwich was extremely salty.
This absolutely has to be the slowest BK I've ever been to. I am truly not one to complain but because the new franchise company took over they were making promises of how fast and efficient they would be. Never happened. To be fair... I'm not sure how understaffed they are so that might play a role... But they are slow!
I went through your drive-thru today and I was ready for lunch but you have a recording on your drive-thru that makes you think you're ordering with a human. I said my entire order and then it let me know that someone would be right with me when I mentioned it to your drive-thru employee a female she screamed at me and said I'm complaining to the wrong person we just work here! I left. I will not be screamed at by fast food workers when all I was making was a suggestion that maybe mentioned to the manager that that recording makes you think you're speaking to a human when you're not so that means you get to order twice nope not a good way to make customers happy.
I have big problem with burger king in nokomis .
1 - if elder people they understand my accent, that's mean young people they can understand very easy . I ask very polite way can i have number 5 please and i repeat 3 times he didn't understand me . Then when i arrived to window he angry from me and he want me to drive all over after 4 cars and wait my meal .
2- i order vegan burger meal , after i arrive
I surprised its only mayo ketchup pickle tomato onion and lettuce inside the bun .
No plant based burger .

3- they forgot me in drive way .
First time writing normally I don’t do this but normally Burger King is on point every time I go here but today I just got my food whopper was sloppy nuggets and onion was brunt drive through was bad threw away my food in the garage went to Taco Bell instead I got pictures of it needs better service
