For as long as I have been going here this place never has consistent service. I always order the same burger with no mayonnaise and if I go there 10 times five of those times there will be mayonnaise on my sandwich. I keep going there cuz I don't want to be that guy but the service here is awful people can't follow basic instructions anywhere anymore
Nice, fast, and friendly Burger King drive thru. Even during lunch rush hour, their drive thru moves. Short wait time and the staff are alway friendly. Can’t go wrong with the whopper with cheese combo meals. Parking available on the sides of the building. Decent prices.
Absolutely disgusting food , never in my life have I had such terrible food from a Burger King. The bread on my sandwich is hard, the lettuce is brown. My sons chicken nuggets are hard, taste funny like they need to change that grease last year!!! I’m disgusted & what a waste of money. How dare you lazy people serve OLD FOOD. I don’t mind waiting longer if that mean my food will be CONSUMABLE. This is my second bad experience here, & my second time ever coming here to this location & I won’t be back..
& might I add that no straws, napkins, ketchup, NOTHING was offered to us or in the bag.
Ridiculous drive thru management. They nearly always ask you to wait before you can order, then wait again at the pay window (after paying even with no one else in the drive-thru)until your food is ready, then to pull up to the food window to pick it up. Makes their window times look great, but you're typically waiting a long time at the pay window and before even getting that far. Really annoying.
Arrive home 10 minutes after receiving my order. My bag was folded closed. Fries and chicken fries are cold. The chicken fries appear to be hours old and completely dried out to the point that they broke apart like dry wood. The fries and chicken are inedible altogether. And as a precaution, I'm actually running these down to the health dept to be checked for food poisoning.
I believe not everybody comes to this place I don't think it's very popular just because every single time I go there they never seem to be ready so you will wait a little bit but the staff is fantastic I love their enthusiasm I believe they love their customers.
Only one person working, good food but slow timing was not a lunch spot for people with a 30min lunch break lol. But good.food
This place is dirty beyond belief. Staff is rude other than the African American man who is usually at the drive thru in the mornings. Floors are slick, drink machine is covered with pop that CLEARLY wasnt from just this morning. It clearly wasnt cleaned the previous evening. Orders are almost always wrong. I only went in this location because I needed to use the restroom and my son was at an appointment.
