This burger King was closed for a while, I was looking forward to going back thinking they would have better service. I was WRONG! Workers are absolutely incompetent, can't read a screen and get your order right, have to tell them what you got and what to put in your bag and what things are missing is absolutely inexcusable. I will never go back and I hope your workers can learn to read and put things in a bag for future reference. Common sense isn't so common I suppose. So disappointed.
Since the place reopened a few months ago I have gone several times. The food is always cooked fresh, and generally is accurate. The Drive through line is horrible. Every single time they only take one car at a time. Your place your order, you pay at the window, they make your food, then after that car is gone they take the next order.
Total DT time with one car in front of me at the speaker was 12 minutes.
Recently reopened. Went through the drive thru during the lunch hour. Didn't take too long, and the employees were super nice. Decided to try out the new mushroom melt. Was pretty good, and you could tell it and the onion rings were freshly prepared.
Clean and nice looking but a terrible excuse for a fast food restaurant. Every time I come to this location, I have to pull around and wait for the most basic items. Today, 5/5/24, I ordered online and went to the store an hour after they are supposed to be open and no one was to be found. Lights were on but the chairs were still flipped, no cars in the parking lot and no one answering the speaker or at the window. I am not from this area but apparently BK in this stretch of Noblestown has always been problematic.
Franchisee, please sell this off to someone else that may care and let the folks in this area have a decent quick place to eat.
This is the best Burger King in the city. The staff is always pleasant and customer focused. There’s a guy at the window that always hands me my coffee with a smile on his face, and says have a great day Queen. My day is always great after. It’s the little things for me. I hope he gets promoted.
First time back here since the disaster that was here before…what a pleasant and delicious surprise! My husband ordered take out for us and family and while I was not there to experience it myself-my husband was RAVING about how great everyone was and how impressed he was with the appearance of the restaurant and the wonderful group of people working there! When he brought our sandwiches home, I must say I have NEVER had such well put together sandwiches from a Burger King before!!! You could just tell that whomever put these delicious sandwiches together takes great pride and care in their work! How refreshing! You all deserve a raise already!!! Yes it’s fast food but my goodness it was fresh, well made and delicious! And-not one mistake in the entire order of FIVE meals! Kudos to the new owner, management and employees!!! Awesome job and we will be back soon!!!

The woman at the talk box said she was the only employee there and not taking orders, she just can't do the job of every station, so the store is closed.
Owners need to go work there or just close it.
The line is always a ridiculous wait when they are open.
Just save your time and skip Burger King.
I’ve eaten here a few times via Drive thru and every time
They literally have every single car wait five minutes at the speaker to order. At lunch time that is problematic to say the least.
Do not go here they do not care about being fast at a fast food restaurant
