Every time I come here I get no service through the drive through it’s no even 10pm I hear over the speaker phone one Moment I’m waiting and nothing. I’ve also came before and order a whopper and they said no more whoppers or whoppers Jr etc. why even have the business open if no one wants to do their job.
Abysmal drive thru service. Pull into their ingenious and well thought out double drive thru set up, wait five minutes, and watch as the cars that come after you in the next lane get served before you. Consistently. Almost every time I go to this location. Don't really blame the workers. There are not enough employees to run this place. Always one guy there, running back and forth between the front counter and the drive thru window. Figure it out management.
Hi BK! I just wanted to let you know here that when a person orders a plain whopper, and the person you have taking your orders says "just the patty?" and we say "yes", we do NOT mean to also exclude the bread. We want the bread. Bread good. We do not know that when the person taking the order asks "just the patty?" That they are subconsciously also excluding the bread from the "plain whopper" order. Thanks!
p.s. yes, i still ate it. i had to grip the bare patty with my hands. i felt like an animal. i will never recover from this
This has got to be the worst Burger King in the region. Slow slow slow, weird irritated attitude. I have been here a few times and always just figured they were short staffed or just busy. Well today they were not busy, I saw plenty people inside doing nothing laughing chilling. Maybe they need more cooks?
Came here to get lunch on my birthday. Walked in and noticed the shortage of staff shortly after I ordered. No problem I guess. I have been waiting 10 mins now on a very simple order. Aside from everything else, management here could have a much better attitude but I guess not all people are happy coming to work. Either way I’m giving this place 1 stars for their need to treat customers but management as I stated really needs to treat their employees better.

Since Covid, this place has gone down hill. Service is bad and I don't think I have ever said that in one of my reviews, but it needs mentioning. Prices have gone up. You could do much better elsewhere. I have a lot to add. The last two times I went there, both at 8:30pm They were being prejudiced to pedestrians. If you can't live up to your posted hours then you need to close your dining room earlier and post new hours. I think they should be sited for this with the BBB. I wish they get bought by a new owner or close and open something better. Adam
I was just regular time grabbing food there service and time to get your order has slowed and the food is tasty as I remember the time before I went could be just me..
This will be my last time ordering food from here or giving donations for kids here. One of the employees messed up on our order handed us a shake told us we could keep it. My son already stuck his hands in it thinking it was his guy turn around asked for it back to throw it in the trash. They rather waste food then let a little human being eat it really sad and upsetting.
