Place an order online waited for an hour for updates - nothing. Took a ride waited on the parking lot hoping for update - nothing. Went inside 2 customer service representatives Viviana and Amanda chatting with each other no customers inside or on drive up. No greetings for the customer, I asked about my order she took the number gave me cups to fill it up, then the drive up order came in they took the orderswhile making me wait again. I asked when is my turn she said nothing and then started to prepare my order.
There are bunch of ad expenses being invested in order to boost the Burger King sales but this kind of poor unprofessional horrible customer service erases all the company’s effort to succeed in their business and beat the competitors! I would never ever recommend this place to my family or friends as I respect their time! Disappointing!
It seems empty until the rush of customers comes in. The young lady behind the counter did an awesome job of handling the traffic whenever the bus rolled in so to speak.
The best burger king in the area, very attentive and friendly, everything clean and smells delicious, fast service and fresh food, which is why I would recommend it to my acquaintances! congratulations!

This Burger King is clean, well kept, kind & helpful employees. Food is fresh & hot when ordered. Wheelchair accessible & bathrooms also. Big parking lot with a Drive thru on side of building.
Not what it use to be years ago. If you don't eat the burger right there when it warm when you get home it's nasty
It's an awesome place to eat
I really wanted to like this Burger King because of the convenient location, but the service and quality has gone down since the start of the pandemic. Hadn't been there in a while, was given a takeout burger with a bun so stale that it was tough and rubbery. Very, very bad sign but I tried them again. This time I got slimey onion rings and the pickles on the burgers were old and also tough. Everything smelled stale and unappetizing.
