Service was quick- I ordered and was through the line in less than 8 minutes. The cashier was polite. My junior whopper was the perfect temp. The only thing is that my fries were a bit cold so I was a bit disappointed in that part. But otherwise good.
Depending on when you go you have have GREAT service or the laziest people you could ever imagine working. 10pm, 20 minutes waiting in line, both lanes with people, no one on the box, drive by the window and you see plenty of staff refusing to even answer the box. Laziest and worst experience ever at what has been a decent store most of the time.
If it’s past 9pm don’t waste your time, 3rd shift really doesn’t care.
I had ordered 2 breakfast meals. We waited 35 minutes to get our food. Thus unexceptional. The food was cold we finally received our food.
Also, the phone number listed is a non working number. They were not busy. Had to reheat our food and yet it wasn't good. Had to throw out my food. By the way the hashbrowns pictured , you can tell that they weren't fresh. They stuck together
Usually getting breakfast is good from here but DON'T ORDER AFTER 5PM!. you will be sorely disappointed in so many ways. Don't believe me? Just call the phone number to the store... it's busy right? It's because the manager takes it off the hook.
I've attempted to go here three times. Two of the three they didn't have ice or dessert or they weren't taking cash or some issue. As of 3/25/24, ice machine not working, they didn't have enough cash, the soda machine was dirty and HOT. The cashier made mistake(s) input cause delays. Onion rings cold. They did toss the chicken nuggets in hot sauce. Which was different, I thought they were precooked. They still didn't have desserts. It's Sanford!
Made an order on the app. Which said I could order what I wanted. I had been to two other BKs who were out of this item so I tried to c toall this location before hand before wasting gas, time, and money. Of course you can't call them. Put my order in, went over when it said it was ready, stood there for 15-20 mins waiting for someone to help me just for them to say they don't have the item either. New store yet still can't get their stuff together.
EVERY SINGLE TIME I order from here something is wrong, and the food is sad. The people working here are hard ever professional or helpful. It's frankly sad they spent so much money to renovate this location because they need to renovate their staff or at the very least the people who make the burgers.
Every one of my 4 whoppers was wrong. Total lack of customer service. They should've just closed it down instead of trying to bring back to life a dying restaurant.
