Service was very friendly!
What happened to the crispy chicken sandwich? New seasoning? It wasn't good. Same with the chicken nuggets. Fries were great as always.
Went here and it took about 15 minutes to order my food, and than another 20 for it to be prepared. Even when it was "done" they forgot my chicken fries and made my burgers wrong, and it took so long that my ice cream had melted. The employees were very kind, but it just took too long, and I didn't want to leave because I'd already paid $40 for 2 burger meals and some chicken fries.
I paid $9 for the wrap combo only for it to arrive without my drink, my fries were not only cold but they were old and not a grain of salt, and the wrap?? More like 3 pieces of lettuce, a chicken nugget and a tortilla… I understand it’s fast food but get real, this is people’s hard earned money and time wasted.
The person who took my order was nice. However, his superiors, the ones wearing the black collared shirts, were incredibly rude to not just other workers but to customers. Even something as small as a mistake with the food was met with hostility. This store definitely needs better management.
My food had errors, but I REALLY didn't want to keep dealing with the short tubby one in the mask.

Plus very clean except floor in one spot a little sticky but once we pointed out our the śtaff cheerfully handled with gratitude.
Well, it is Burger King, so you get what you get ????. Truth be told, I've never been a fan of BK over McD's, but let's be real... fast food is just bad all around lol but food is food, and out of all the BK's and McD's, I've been too, I will say this one is the best. Great staff, always cracking jokes so the vibes are good even through the quick thru lol and always on point with the right order, so never a worry there in my experience. All in all, if you don't mind the fast food industry, then this is a pretty decent quick stop fo sho.
Got the grossest mozzarella sticks that I thing we're/bad/rotten. Took one bite and it was disgusting and it spit it out. Inside was not the white mozzarella but something off and rotten. Made me afraid to go to any burger king
Me and my family decided to give this establishment a try after 7hrs of Christmas Shopping. What a mistake not only did we wait 32 minutes for our meals cold food and lying staff it was so bad another customer told them to stop lying and do better when they told me 3 times "were just waiting for your fries" if I wasn't a 3 strike candidate I for sure would of slapped them fat boy so hard there unborn kids would of been born with head trauma these clowns were high fiving each other saying good job,no hair nets,stomachs hanging out it was disgusting do better guys....
