I was in on 5/4/2024 at about four in the afternoon and the three girls running through joint were a well oiled team of professionals. Dining room was quiet, but drive thru was steady and all was managed without delay. Ordered a burger with two patties and before I finished ordering, plop plop sear sear, color haired cook had them cooking. In my hands inside of three minutes cold tomato, lettuce, and pickle, sizzling bacon and burgers. Fresh fries rounded out the perfection. Your milage may vary, because the top team cannot always be there.
I went through the drive through and got Laura’s Cruise Burger combo and a regular cheeseburger deluxe, and everything was really good! It was a bit of a wait, but they make it fresh, and I thought it was worth it.
Burgers were small, as was the quantity of fries. The huckleberry shake was delicious, and it came with a very large straw that you could actually suck up the rather expensive flavored ice cream, which I'm certain was a non-dairy product. Just average.
I want to thank you for having such a great little burger stop, I was on my way from Oregon via Naples to Kalispell, and got a little hungry and I saw your restaurant. A nice young lady greeted me and took my order promptly after receiving my food and jumping back in my rig, I eat it on the road, and I must say it was a very, very good fresh burger and fries. Your ladies did an excellent job and actually thank me as I left. I would highly stop there again on my way through. I had a single cheeseburger, bacon, fries, and a drink combo. 02/03/24 12:30pm ish.
Just served my son a raw crispy chicken sandwich from Burger Express. I keep thinking it can’t get any worse but you keep proving me wrong. I never leave bad reviews but this is to help protect others from possibly getting sick from this food. I pray my son doesn’t get sick.

Atmosphere is 50s diner, which probably doesn't attract anyone under 55. Very clean, though.
Food is just ok. Portions are on the small side, and frankly I was expecting a smash-style beef burger, but I got an obviously from-frozen patty. Krinkle-cut fries were nothing to write home about.
I personally wouldn't eat here again, but maybe all the above is ok with some folks.
Overpriced, gross and makes me puke everytime. Every surface is somehow sticky even though they wipe it (I have seen them clean) I used to get their milkshakes but then they raised the prices astronomically and took away their good flavors. I don't get it
Also pretty sure I heard manager pockets any "tips" they get
Extremely friendly service and fantastic food. I stop here every time I can when I'm passing through Bonners. Everything is fresh.
