I had the opportunity to try Buona. The area was beautiful. My order was ready when I arrived. The staff was great. I had the Italian beef (vegan). It was dipped which I enjoyed. I got it plain. I would suggest adding peppers and other things if you are getting vegan beef. The overall sandwich was OK.
The product and service were very good. As an aside I purchased 2 RAINBOW Cone ice cream sandwiches for my family for dessert. Using a metal butter knife available for dining in, I attempted to cut the sandwich in half but couldn't even get the knife to cut through the frozen cookie. I suspect they're deep frozen to keep the ice cream from melting during transport. I enjoy the product, but didn't have the time to allow it to thaw. (hockey puck hardness)...
Otherwise a very good experience.
I love the food here. It’s always fresh, hot and delicious. Their salads are always fresh and never soggy. Always so good. I highly recommended.

Really enjoyed this location. Went on a Sunday. I believe it was the manager; he was very attentive to our needs.
I usually don’t write reviews & let things slide, but as I sit here picking croutons out of my salad, that I specifically requested be removed, I am frustrated and even more perturbed by the encounter I had with store manager, Adrian, about this matter. I will start positively by saying I come here quite often and am usually impressed with the food and politeness of all the teens working there. However, while I am willing to extend grace to teens, I have different expectations of a fully grown manager at an establishment where I am spending my hard earned money. Adrian brought my food to the car, shoved it through the window and said nothing. No greeting, no pleasantries, nothing. Ok fine. I asked them to wait while I checked my salad to ensure things were right and proceeded to tell them I had asked for no croutons. They stared off and still said nothing. After a long silence, I proceeded to say, well I guess I’ll just have to pick them out myself then and the MANAGER dryly says “ok” and runs off again. No apology. No offer to take the salad back and remove them. Nothing. I was so blown away, I had to stop and ask them for their name and title and when they said manager, I couldn’t believe it. Again, love this place generally and love the food and service I usually receive, but poor management will always leave a bad taste in my mouth. The croutons are not that big of deal but it’s a matter of principle and customer service.
I've never had bad food or service from here. I asked a question because I misunderstood the bag situation. It was explained so that I understood. That was resolved very nicely.
I had their 10 inch Buona Beef sandwich. It was good. Just the classic Italian beef sandwich and the juice on the side for dipping. I would recommend this place and will come again.
