unhappy unsatisfied experience I ordered 2 meals they forgot my fry’s I ordered a beef dipped with pepper on the side didn’t give me my peppers. They crossed it off my receipt but not in my bag poorly packaged onion rings no flavor and barely any onion rings very upset
Got an Italian Beef dipped with cheese and peppers. It was pretty good. I can't really complain. Staff was friendly and chill. A bit on the pricey side, but what isn't nowadays.
This is one of our favorite places in Beverly. The food is always fresh, hot, and served fast. The staff is friendly and always goes out of their way for our family.
Their Buona Beef is superb. It is my son's favorite.
My wife says it is one of the best pizza places on Western.
Me? I'm a hot dog connoisseur. Their chili and cheese hot dogs are THE best. I have lived many places in my over 50 years of traveling and this is excellent. I would put it up against any other chili dog anywhere.
Finally, this particular restuaurant is always clean. The bathrooms have always been clean and well stocked. We just love this place. Thank you Buona on Western for being the pride of the Buona chain.
My company had a small function here and Norma, the manager, was AMAZING! Food was great! Service was better! I was able to speak with her week prior and get it set up. She stayed in contact with me and ensured all went smoothly. Her team and staff were equally as amazing and really made sure they were ahead of us on needs. Thank You to Norma and her team!
The food was good. They did forget one of our meals and that person had to wait about 15 additional minutes. The pasta serving did feel like they were skimpy a bit but at least it tasted good.
Dirty establishment, cold food. We wanted to try the NEW Nashville hot chicken tenders. We had to reorder them because they came out cold. When we asked for another order, they warmed the same ones up in the microwave and replated them. If you can’t make them right don’t make them at all. Overall ok experience.
The night manager woman with the awful hair and makeup ???? IS A RUDE NARCISSIST AND SHE SHOULD QUIT! She is constantly running off customers!! She is not polite and that RBF IS ALL THE TIME! My food was not in my bag. I had to go back in and get it, and she insisted that it was at the bottom as if I would come all the way back and ask for more food. This is the second time I had an interaction with her the guy in the car in the front of me had an interaction with her and I was there another time months ago she was into it with someone else, she needs to leave !!!! The food is good, but I don’t think I will be back just because of her and I’m spreading the word!
Was one of the first customers in line when this location opened several years ago & service is STILL subperb as it was day one!
Food cooked to perfection, fresh & hot, only complaint was that no napkins included in order of that size (kids pizza, regular Italian beef baptized, regular Italian beef dipped, beef & sausage bowl, 3 orders of fries, a shake & kids Apple juice)
