Friendly service, but after talking to people, I was overcharged, and they did service to my car that was not needed. The more I check into the more I am finding out that people are telling me the truth. It's hard to find honest people.
I have been using Bumper to Bumper since opening and Dave is always wonderful each time I go. I always leave feeling confident in the service provided. Amazing group of guys!
Would also like to add Water hose must be fixed because car wash system was working great when I used. :)

My dad brought his truck in to put new tires on for winter when we got the truck back their was scratches All over the wheels and they balanced the wheels wrong
This is what a business is supposed to be, people that care about offering the best service and doing what's best for the customers. I had an issue on a Saturday before making a long trip and they took care of it quick.
I have taken my Dually and MR2 there for inspection. Both times they found some issues and let me know exactly the problem. Did not even push themselves to do the repair. I do my own work so that was appreciated and was not hassled in any way.
Went for an oil change. They were wonderful the two men who worked on my car were professional and quick. Gave me the real about what was going on with my car didn’t try to up sell me. Got in and got out . What more could you want. Will be using them for now on.
the staff is really nice and they’re one of the only places that won’t try to rip you off
