There are over 2,000 restaurants in Myrtle Beach. We spent three days in the area and loved this place so much that we went here for lunch three times in a row.
The boom boom shrimp tacos alone are worth a 600-mile trip from Eastern PA. Something about that sauce with their fried shrimp just does exactly what it needs to do. My wife said their pasta salad is the best she’s ever had.
There’s a bar, live entertainment at night, a view of the beach, and outdoor seating. This place I imagine is a perfect example of what a beachfront restaurant should be.
All three servers we had were a treat. I forget the third one’s name but the first two were Caroline and I think Susan?
Small footprint from the street, but expansive seating options through the door. Classic beach-side bar food options (fish tacos are a unique flavor, but nicely fried and crispy) with local GSB beer on tap (recommend the Hazy IPA over the amber).
Good inside seating for bad weather, transitional indoor/outdoor seating for warmer months, and pure outside tables for the good weather.
Fast and efficient service.
A recommended lunch spot if you have time to kill but want to sit by the beach before a flight home.
The views and atmosphere of this place are amazing. It makes you feel you are in paradise. The food is great and the service was as well. I like how it’s tucked in enough to give you some sort of privacy but still have a beautiful view.
It's a cold evening but this place is fantastic. The food is good. The service was excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The onion straw basket was superb. We will definitely return when we are in the area. Please stop by and check out this restaurant.
We stopped in after a nice long walk on the beach. We loved the patio and live music. Our server was super helpful and attentive. She recommended the grouper fingers and truly, we wish we'd found this place earlier on our trip. They were so good! That good! We both got shrimp dishes, my Husband chose the boom boom tacos and I got the shrimp sandwich. The shrimp were so tender, perfectly cooked and delicious. Both dishes came with Kettle Chips and they were really good too. My only wish was that the sandwich hadn't come completely dry, a mayo or something would have been nice. They did have a nice creamy sauce that came with the grouper fingers I added to the sandwich that made it *chefs kiss* we will definitely be back!
I’ve been battling with depression for years and I think I finally found what was needed to push me over the edge. I’m not sure I’d be willing to feed this joke of a “blackened mahi sandwich” to my dog. For only $25, you too could get a dry, flavorless, sauceless tragedy of a sandwich paired with the saddest salad I’ve seen in a long time. The salad dressing was the consistency of a sour cream that went a little too sour, but at least it paired nicely with last year’s pickle.
This might truly be my first ever google review it was that bad. Come here for a drink, but for the love of god please eat somewhere else. I’ve worked in restaurants…how someone can see this come off the line and say “yeah looks great! let’s give that to a paying customer”, absolutely baffles me
Omg! Highly recommend this place. Service and food superb. Make sure you get the chicken Caesar wrap. It was on special and I believe everyone was raving about it including the servers.
This place was my first dining experience in Myrtle Beach and wow did it set the bar high.
Beautiful garden in the back look at the ocean. Wonderful service and the food was absolutely amazing.
I’m heading back ASAP!
