Never had a rude experience! They've always been very polite.
Can be a little expensive, but I've used them my entire time here and they've always been reliable. The drivers also drive carefully in the snow.
I sat next to this driver in a mini van at the bank and I have never seen so much impatience and rudeness come from one man. He cursed, he was inconsiderate, and honked. It was actually scary just sit next to him in a separate car. It’s sad to see people I’m the customer service field be so inconsiderate to other people in customer service. 0/10 would not recommend.
Was told would receive a confirmation call the night before; At 9:30 PM I had to call them, but got a recording that said their voice mail was full. Called again at 10:00 PM, got someone who assured me they would pick us up at 5:30 AM for our ride to the airport. They never showed! UBER was there within 4 minutes. Use UBER!
The one star is for answering the phone..my daughter needed an alternate way to work,due to the snowy conditions. she called in advance..The dispatcher said they could be here in 15 minutes.. several phone calls were made to try and determine why they hadn't showed..she was told an alternate driver was being sent,due to a flat, they never showed,and stopped answering the phone..Thanks for nothing..you upset my daughter,we had to take our vehicle,(problematic) shame on you very disappointed
This Taxi service can get on base which is super convenient! The driver was very nice, vehicle was clean and service was prompt. Would recommend and will use again!
Driver was very friendly but professional. Kept in touch with me and drove all the way from the airport to help me get home. Definitely recommend.
Took a trip to Wa for a towing convention and had to use bull dog taxi from the hotel and wow. What a amazing experience. Car was very clean and ride was very fast. thanks bulldog
