I have been to this location several several times. It can be hit or miss. Definitely plan on dining or getting Togo a few hours before closing otherwise the food has been sitting for several hours and…
But, I have had several great experiences when going between 4-6 always with great company which makes it nice. Seating is comfortable. Staff is quick to fill drinks and remove dirty dishes.

Not friendly to a fat white guy. I know Japanese and Chinese. I over heard a waiter saying how much I was eating. It's not the best food. But they did listen to my recommendations. Be careful when checking out. If you got water they will try to sneak in the price of a drink. At least they tried with me. Would only recommend if you want cheep food.
We got there about 30 minutes till closing, the buffet was very slim pickings, most of it had been on the line for a while.
The food had good flavor, but you could tell it wasn't hot and fresh.
We'll give it another try during peak business times for a fair try.
This is our second visit here, and hoped for improvement. I was wrong.. We arrived around 2:10 pm. while some food appeared hot, clearly it had been stirred and kept warm in the hot trays. the crab Rangoon was very sweet, the Ribs were Cherry cough syrup tasting. however the green beans and bacon wrapped jalapeños were ok.
We ordered water. Upon leaving, we were charged for drinks, which I rectified immediately. not impressed, will not return..
I did have the food rated 5, but they took out the ice cream machine. That was a nice draw for me and my dad. Dad said that's a deal breaker for him. Not going to lie the ice cream was awesome. Hope they bring it back.
Food is great and very fresh, they are constantly bringing out fresh food it’s amazing! Staff is very friendly and attentive. We come here often and have always had a great experience!
I struggle with the fact that people think that this is good food. I don't mean that they find Chinese food or "Asian" food appealing, I mean the food from this restaurant. Every dish tastes exactly like every other dish, it's just presented in different forms. The chicken tastes like the beef tastes like the pork tastes like the garlic sauce tastes like the ginger tastes like the sweet and sour tastes like the noodles taste like the rice tastes like the vegetables etc ad infintitum. It's all just mush and I feel bad for the poor devils who work here and wonder what crime that they committed to be sent here from China and be forced to cook and serve lousy food.
