We visited this location around 9:45 p.m. on a sunday. I visited with my two daughters that are bi-racial. A server immediately went to the host stand and told the host to see us with a different server. I later inquired I believe her name was Anna. We were sat with a male server that didn't greet us for 13 minutes. The server was very jittery, disheveled, apron was on crooked, it was a very uncomfortable experience. After waiting so long to be greeted it was another 37 minutes for our food to arrive, besides us there was only one other table in the restaurant. I ordered lemon pepper bone-in wings and I was served lemon pepper sauced wings. I was confused because on the menu I believed that it said the lemon pepper was dry rub. When I brought it to the server's attention he said that there is sauce and dry rub in the lemon pepper flavoring. He said that unless the guest specifies they just serve sauced wings. He asked if I would like them remade and I advise that I would. He brought back wings that look like they were just taken out of the fryer and placed on a plate of seasoning. There were no seasoning on my wings just on the plate. I asked to speak to the manager showed her the plate she offered to remake them however that would have been the Third remake. You could tell when the wings were brought back to me they were the same wings and they were just put in the fryer again as they were extremely hard and so dry that you couldn't even eat them. My daughter's food was wrong also. Not sure why we were treated this way but we will definitely never be going back. We paid $60 for food that we did not even eat.
Been here a few time but this time the experience was amazing our server was so nice and attentive. He made sure we were good and taking care of. We arrived and had no wait time, we sat and ordered immediately and got our food within 10 mins. It was so hot and fresh it was YUMMM!! Definitely recommend eating here if you are in the area! 10/10
Also the Mtn dew was so goood! It was my first time trying it tho but 10/10 loved it!
As a dog mom, I find it difficult to find pet friendly establishments, but this Buffalo Wild Wings went above and beyond to make sure our patio dining experience was excellent!
They treated my girls (two big dogs) amazingly well! They brought them water and some boneless wings in an appropriate bowl. They made sure their visit was a pleasant experience
which always makes mine better!10 out of 10 for experience from all of us!

Worst bacon cheeseburger ever in 60 years.Thin frozen patties barely warmed up AND they forgot the Bacon!!! Fries barely warm hamburger bun tough and very dry. Waitress Addy seemed unconcerned and just said oh darn. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Bathrooms were filthy and food is bad. McDonald's would have been 100x better
Had a super disappointing visit here last night. The place was pretty much empty which surprised us (especially for how mediocre the service was).
We ordered apps and got chips and salsa and cheese curds. The curds were good but for over $11 we only got maybe 20 of them.. we had to send back our salsa due to it tasting like canned tomato paste with some diced tomatoes sprinkled on top. When we received the new salsa it had the same exact taste so it went uneaten. Obviously this isn’t a Mexican restaurant but the salsa didn’t have any sort of kick, spice or flavor to it.
When the main entrees came out the Mac and cheese was barely warm and appeared like it had been sitting out for hours. The street tacos were unremarkable but the wings and fries were good. For how empty the place was we expected the food to be piping hot and the service to be attentive but our waiter only visited us once or twice after getting our food and never checked in on us - just asked if we wanted boxes.
I personally like Buffalo Wild Wings but we don’t get to eat there much due to the prices. I was given a gift card from my employers that I had the option to use on over 100 restaurants and I chose Bdubs as a little gift to myself so it sucks that I wasted that card just to have disappointing food and service. I wouldn’t normally write a review about a business but this one was definitely needing one. If you’re going to go to Buffalo Wild Wings find a better location than this one.
My family went to eat tonight . There was not a lot of people dining in this evening , to make it busy. We ordered our food and waited at least half and hour , the waitress told us they were making the wraps. Well about an hour later , came back offering us an appetizer while we waited. It took longer time to get the appetizer too, three tables around us all received their food . So asked the waitress she said they were working on it. So after about and hour some , we talked to manager ( she seemed nervous and wasn’t sure of what the problem was ! ). Also one of the orders was wrong when we did get it so sent it back to fix it, but came back cold. After getting our food, 2 and half hours later we left disappointed .
I got lemon pepper (seasoning) wings to go, hardly any seasoning on them at all. Basically just an average chicken nugget at this point, for way too much money.
They are losing my respect.
I was standing at counter. Finally had to call the store for someone to come and wait on me. Got my order handed to me while I was standing up to come over to counter. They made no offer to show me my order. She just walked away as I was asking..so I looked at 2 of my 3. The other lady made comment..sometimes we do show and then not. ( I guess that is part time customer service). Got home. My order of Nashville hot...was dried out..looked like left overs from an order that did not get picked up.. I was not and am not happy..plus..no TUESDAY discount...even though I had it on my phone that was sent to me..

My next visit tonight was little better...very slow service but got a little better as some cleared out. Our food was ???? good
Service still a little off..but my food was perfect..did a carry out 2 flavors. 30 piece
