Our time at Buffalo Wild Wings was very unamusing to say the least. The staff was extremely rude, and disrespectful. Yet the atmosphere we fun, and lively. I was hoping for the staff to be the same. If anything it seemed that everyone had such a piss poor attitude about their job. Some jumping to the food. We have been to many buffalo wild wings in the past and the food was so much more appetizing then it was when we went. First, the portion sizes are ridiculous. It's like a handful for fried pickles at best, which I attached the photo for reference. If I'm spending over $10 on an app I expected a lot more than that. The wings we had were so cold, and hard to bite. My husband got the teriyaki, and I had gotten the dry rub lemon pepper. The seasoning was tasty till you tried to bite the wings, it was like biting stones. I also ordered a buffalo chicken wrap, which says on the menu tossed in buffalo which I assumed I was getting the chicken tossed in the sauce, nope. Instead it was mixed in my cheese. Like what? Then, when I went to take a bite after getting the cook to get my buffalo sauce so I could sauce my own wrap, because he brought it back to me in told me it was in the cheese ha, I bite down and there was like 4 little pieces of chicken in my wrap. So needless to say I will not be coming back to this buffalo wild wings, it was over priced for the portions you had gotten, and rude attitude all around that establishment. So, sad. I loved buffalo wild wings.
Laura was super friendly and a great waitress! My hubby and I went to dinner there tonight and everything went great. Drinks and appetizer were brought out quickly. Then a little after that our main course was ready. Great experience even when the place was packed! Thank you, Laura!

Julia was awesome and so helpful. My wings and onion rings was hot and fresh. We walked in the door at 6:15pm and was served and ate and walked out at 7 pm. I enjoyed and appreciated the fast service.
Went sat down waited an hour everybody who got there after us got there food first. we waited a few more minutes to see if the table that just got there got there’s and they did. then the lady came and had the audacity to ask us if we got our food yet while watching us for an hour not eating. she seemed like she was strung out on something. no not recommend
Went in for lunch with my family to find out their heater inside the restaurant was broken making us wear our winter jackets to eat no biggie we thought. Luckily we got seated super fast. We ordered our food and an appetizer to start. The appetizer came out cold with the cheese being cold as well. Our food came and I found that my wings were also cold. The waitress checked in with us and I informed her that the food was cold and she had it promptly remade which was great. Gotta say there needs to be some changes before I'll go back.
Charged me for union rings I didn’t even get. Waited 20-30 minutes to get drinks, then another 20-30 just for the food to come out cold with very little meat on the bone, one chicken leg didn’t even have the bottom half of the meat, didn’t even get the onion rings I ordered and my buddies fries are cold, waited on receipt for 20-30 minutes,
Really worst experience ever in US BWW.

*I wanted to leave a good tip, due is mi FAV rest. But not.
very disappointed and would be escalated to Head quarters. Off course I would NOT recommend you to come here, unless your decision.
