Took the Family and Friends to Watch our favorite team in the Playoffs.
Went to the Wrong Place!!!
I asked for a large table in front of a large TV. Hostess Put us in front of a damaged TV. Please see picture. I asked the waiter if he could adjust the TV told me he would look into it. Receiving drinks I asked about the TV again told me he would speak to the manager. 15 minutes later, a young woman came and said she will be our new waiter. Sorry about any issues we had with our prior waiter. I was confused because our waiter was great for the two times we saw him and I stated to this young lady I just needed the TV adjusted because it was near Blank . She proceeded to serve us kindly and very professional But avoided the TV situation the whole time, referencing that a manager would be over to speak to us.
A Manager never came to speak to us!!!
Very disappointed because this is what Buffalo Wild Wings had to offer when I took out my family and friends. Please see picture
So, I ordered on Uber eats; the place was listed as “Wild Burger”
The place totally mis-represented what it was. It was marketed as a premium burger place. What showed up at my door was “Buffalo wild wings “ disgusting food on a good day.
Stay away from wild burger! Low end pub food!
I ordered 30 wings to go and waited 40 mins for the order to be ready. Yet all I got in the order to go with the wings were 3 little sause packs. Had to wait another 10 mins + get the manager for additional sauce packs. Don't come here if you have other options.
We placed an online order with delivery. We ordered 2 salads and 20 wings. We waited 1 hour, did not get any of the wings and no dressing. We called the store and the response was “your delivery person did not pick up the order so if you want to come get your order you can” No apologies or trying to make the situation right. $105.00 for 2 salads and a $12 tip for the driver. WORST SERVICE EVER!!! Stay away
Zero sense of urgency to get customers seated. Host was not taking names, just wanted people to wait in an unorganized fashion. Tables were open and plenty. The tables that were turning took forever to be bussed. Staff walked slowly to and from the kitchen and around as if they are bored.
This place continues to create a very bad name for BWW. The service is always terrible, but today I waited for 20 minutes (11:18a until 11:38a) to be seated along with three other parties and never was acknowledged. I tried to call their phone number and no one answered. The bar tenders were visible but busy cleaning/mopping and extremely unhelpful and when I asked them if they were open and if the parties at the door would be seated, she told me to just wait and that they didn’t have a “to-go order person” today. This is the worst Buffalo Wild Wings store I have ever been to and an embarrassment to the brand.
We waited half an hour and still didn’t get served. My girlfriend had to scan the barcode for us to get our order, then we didn’t get our drinks and I had to self serve myself and my girlfriend our drinks. Really was unorganized because servers were talking to people for minutes and it’s nice to have a quick chitchat, but there was a short girl who kept talking to the same people for 15 minutes and wouldn’t attend other tables. Bad servers, but the food was really delicious and warm.
Management needs to do something, pay more or something cause your employees just do not care. I would bet my entire life everytime I order takeout that at least 2 things are wrong with my order. This place would do better as another establishment that actually serves correct and good food instead of wasting space like this.
