Buffalo Wild wings!
This was a great place to enjoy a weekend lunch while watching a sports game.
The restaurant is huge and has plenty of seating, so it's a great place for families and groups of friends to eat and socialize.
Our server, Jesse, was very friendly and accommodating,
100% accurate in delivering everything we asked for without missing a beat.
She always had a smile on her face no matter how many times she came to the table, which was very much appreciated.
THERE WAS A BABY ROACH IN MY WATER. IF THEY GOT BABIES THEY GOT MAMAS. AND MY FIANCÉ FEELS SICK. ABSOLUTELY GROSS, but the service was super nice and the girl handled amazingly, even having my street tacos come out FRee. 3/10
Went for lunch on a company meeting. It's wasn't busy so I expected the food to be right. I mean fresh, hot, exceptional. The trio of wings I got was otherwise. Warm and dry. When working with a large party, the food must come out when it's ready and not necessarily all together, especially in an establishment like this. Not bad just a little disappointed. 10 years of restaurant experience speaking here in my younger years. The pickles and dip was awesome.
We were there to celebrate our son’s birthday. The fact that we had to continue to ask another server to give us napkins, to fill our drinks and even to give us our check or locate our server was very unacceptable. When our server finally came over she had the audacity to tell my husband the next time we need her to flag her down. No ma’am Kyra it’s not our job to do your job. Take that up with management to hire someone to busts the tables so the servers can concentrate on their tables. Very disappointing since we always dine here but won’t be again.
First time back in 3 years. Can't believe how much it has fallen. On an uncrowded Thursday night it took an hour and a half from the time I walked in the door at 9pm until I left at 10:30 for me to get seated, get someone to find me a server, for the server to take my order, for me to get a beer and 6 wings, to get my check, and to pay it. Unreal.
The wings are still a bit better than average, but not worth the time. You would probably be better off ordering take out or sitting at the bar.
My review from 3 years ago: Wings are good as i remember them. Thursday is boneless day, 65 cent boneless wings. Service was adequate, but 20 minute wait from time of order until it was brought out doesn't make much sense when the place is empty...we were there before 11am...
Not sure what we did to upset or server... But we hope she has a better night.
Had to ask for napkins and flatware. Actually slammed our food down on the table at delivery. No follow up. Had to waive her down for drink refills.
Food came out cold and exceptionally greasy. Would probably eat somewhere else.

Please remind servers.
1. While ignoring your tables, not doing follow ups, not getting napkins, plates silverware or refills... Don't sit in the dinning area playing on your phone.
2. Despite your shift being over... You should not be aggressively sweeping the floor next to eating patrons. (The guy who clearly wanted to go home, who was not our server.)
The employees here have ZERO customer service skills. I scheduled an online order at 3pm, for a pick-up at 620pm. I arrive at 620pm and get informed that the order isn't ready and that it'll be another 15-20 minutes. No explanation or apology for the additional wait, even though the pickup was placed three hours ago. This is also after waiting 5 minutes to talk to someone in the take-out area. I decide to cancel the order, and the cashier informs me that it'll be a few days before I receive a refund. I ask for confirmation of a refund, so she retrieves her manager because she doesn't know how to produce confirmation of a refund. "Manager" arrives and he also doesn't know how to produce confirmation of a refund, and he states, "I'm new and don't know how to do that, but the manager during the day time can". I ask him if he can write something, stating that I will be receiving a refund for the order, and he writes something on a 1"x 1" piece of paper, LOL. He doesn't even provide a copy of the receipt, I had to ask for it?! It was a very comical experience, but also sad because I love B'Dubbs, just not this particular one. I will not be going back, or recommend anyone ever order takeout from this place.
P.S. Looking around in the waiting area, I can tell I was not the only unhappy customer waiting for their order. :(
Went there at 730 on new years eve. The bar had about 20-25 people. The restaurant had about 15-18. We order food our pretzels came out quick and were very good. Then we waited about 40 minutes for our wings and chicken sandwich. Upon arrival they were as cold as ice. Then we ask for silverware and our waitress said they are washing them. How on such a slow night is there NO silverware in a restaurant that can accommodate probably over 100 and our food ice cold. As we left we noticed that the floor was cover with soiled napkins. The manager adjusted our bill accordingly but that’s not the point. Will never ever again visit a Wild Wings. Grouse
