So now on Wednesdays it’s all you can eat boneless wings and fries. So the fries came out cold and you can only order two flavors at first and then one flavor after that, mind you only five per flavor so I sat there for an entire hour to pay $20 for all, you can eat wings to get 10?! There wasn’t hardly anybody in the store, and when I asked how I took that long, I was giving excuses that they have online orders. I asked to speak to a manager. She said she was a part-time manager. This was the most despicable service I’ve had in fact it was thievery! It was hardly ever checked up on within the hour to see if I wanted to put another order of wings in, only once within that hour was I checked on. Makes sense now why nobody was in there for that deal cause they’re just robbing everybody
Food was good but very expensive. The wait to get the meal was long, and you don't usually notice that unless it takes a long time. However places have bad moments and that might be what went down. Food was great, waitress was friendly and sweet.
The TVs in the place!!!! Omg u couldn't miss a sporting event! 4 baseball games were being shown along with the new football league UFL I think, and some boxing. That's a great atmosphere
Went here on a pretty steady Friday night. Atmosphere was nice just like any other night but our food was ice cold. I don’t know why it was so hard to bring the food out when it was ready because there was more than enough helping staff. Our server was nice enough to get us half off for our food which we really appreciated. This is the first bdubs I’ve ever had a problem with and I hope in the future they can improve there quality.
Went there at 10pm because it was one of the few places open. Plenty of staff but no one beside the bartender looked like they wanted to be there. No enthusiasm. No sense of urgency. No interaction. We were pretty much forgotten about for the most part and when the server did stop by the table, it was obvious we were an inconvenience. If I were the manager, I’d be looking for new servers. Food was okay but overall it was one of my worst experiences at BWWs. Very disappointing.
The food was good this time but my hamburger came out super late, and by the time it was finally done my parents were done eating their own food. So I just took it home to eat lol. Our server was very good and told us about the wings special on Tuesdays and we were appreciative of that.
Not what I remember. Portions continue to shrink, and served on metal prison trays. On our last visit about two thirds of the restaurant was empty but we had to wait to be seated because they were so understaffed. Once we did get seated our waitress was less than interested in helping us.
DoorDash driver here. I waited 30 minutes for an order. Gave the staff the benefit of doubt, it was DoorDash's fault. Nope. Order went in at 12:03 am. I left the store at 12:42. Also, no one up front to assist with deliveries or seating. The kitchen music is louder than the restaurant music/Sports as soon as you walk in is unprofessional. Do better.
Decided to order carry out on the app while I was working. I ordered 6 boneless honey garlic wings with ranch, 3 tenders with Parmesan garlic, potato wedges & a 20oz lemonade. That being said, I go to pick up my order at 1:00 when it’s ready and received an order with my name on it and totally different food (no drink). So I now have to leave work again and go back because the phone isn’t being answered, I go back and hear them talking about how they put the names on the wrong orders and the other guy already took my food. They took the food back that they gave me (I assume to give to the guy who got my food) and told me it would be 15 mins before it would be ready, so I leave and come back yet again. This time I walked in and got my correct food but still did not receive Parmesan garlic for the tenders or my drink. I definitely won’t be ordering from here again, all the issues over a simple mobile order that costed me plenty of time out of work.
