UPDATE: Manager made it right on my next visit. That's great customer service.
No cool. Not cool at all. $8 for this? Skimping people of the food just because it's delivery. There's no way you would get away with this if it was in the restaurant.
This location was an amazing place to host an after hours celebration, and the staff and restaurant itself couldn’t have been more accommodating! Very spacious and a very nice environment (for a celebratory dinner at least!)
And the staff were so kind and helpful, I wish I could have that same staff again the next time! Absolutely amazing.
How embarrassing. We got home with our order and found frozen solid celery and carrots, and a large $8 fry box less than half full.
My Husband and I stopped in between 1-2pm 5/4. We sat in the bar area.
It seemed like the server could care less. She barely took our drink orders (separately, I was in the restroom) then immediately ran away after, even though we were ready to order. My Husband called out to her the first time she darted from him, then when she came back for me quite awhile later, she darted from me too! Then came back 7min later to finally take our order and we had to decline due to the service. We were going to order dinner (we eat and go to bed early) , but just had our single drinks and left. They weren't busy, even for a Saturday. Wonder why?

I have done two online orders at this location and each time the food took at least 30 minutes longer than the prompted time. Some food was hot, some warm, but most cold.
The last time we cancelled the order because they kept telling us 5-10 more minutes, three times. The manager said the charge would be taken off the next day, it is four days later and the charge removal has still not been posted. Today he said 5-7 days...which is the norm. Obviously, don't say one thing when it is another.
Don’t order fries for carryout unless you want the equivalent of a McDonald’s small fry amount of fries.
Got 20 wings buy 1 get one half off. The sauce was premium as always. The beer was cold and tasty. Nice protein load for decent skrilla. Don't sleep on Bdubs.

Hard working staff front of the house made things so easy. But the kitchen was the winner with fast hot wings.
It's a pleasure to say that this location will be my go-to for future wings. Another location failed miserably but the GM Randy restored my confidence in the chain.
